I got a call on my cell phone yesterday morning from 562-461-6000 Bellflower, California and it was a pre-recorded message saying they can lower my credit interest rate to 6.99 but didn't claim who they were or about which credit card calling about and said it's only for a limited time so act fast. It said to press 1 if you are interested and that's when I immediately hung up.

Called 2/06 AM; left no message.

Missed call on cell phone.  ID says "Kaiser Permanen'.  They didn't leave a message.

Just got a call in Ohio from this number.  No message.  Will not call back.

Caller ID showed Kaiser Permanente so I picked up, since KP is my health plan.  Got the spiel about lowering my credit card rate.  This deception burns me!  How do they get this information?

I received this call, identified as Kaiser Permanen(te?), with a pre recorded message to lower my interest rates on my credit cards.  I waited this call out and there was an option to select "2" to remove my number from receiving this call.  I should have never received this call in the first place!

I received a call, but didn't answer as I have a real job and glad I looked it up as it looks to be a scam to lower credid card interest rates. That's interesting they would be calling me since I do not have a credit card.

I live in Oregon and I too just got a call from this number. Best option is to never answer your phone when you don't recognize the number. Especially with an out of state area code.

Usually I never want to pick up a call if i don't know the person, but it is bothering me while the phone is ringing. How to avoid getting this call?

Called today (2/5) at 3:45pm.  I didn't answer, but googled the number and found this site.  No vm message left.

I just received this call. Intially it is a robocall that talked about lowering my intrest rate on my cc. It states if  you are interested to hold on, so I did. Finally a lady with a heavy accent comes on and says that I am receiving this call because I make my cc payments on time. Secondly she says I still owe over $3500.00 on my cc right? I said well, you called me so you should know that as well  tell me my name and what type of cc is she referring to. Guess what?????????????????????????????????/ she hung up. SCAM!! do not give out info to them. I tried calling back but the line is constantly busy.....

I was in my car, so I answered. The message said "that I'm eligible for the interest rate lowered on my credit card; press 1 to connect with agent, 2 to discontinue receiving this message." I just hang up.

Received a call this afternoon.  My bank card had been stopped due to irregular purchases.  Please press 1 to speak with a representative verify status of card.  Hung up and called my bank.  Scam.
