Its a scam a big big big scam they got me they had this number7145157680 and were on imperial hwy st before they left this was feb 2012

Omg this bunch of losers stealing money from hard working people recently we got scam by west coast properties we gave 200 dollars and when we went back and called they were gone I cant believe theres people that do this they had this number7145157682 and were in the city offullerton on imperial hwy people dont get scam by these low lifes now I dont know what to do to get my monwy which was to rent a house so we could live with our children im so mad but likw they say it happens once but not twicethis happend on febuary2012

First of all, West Coast Properties is definitely a SCAM...a HUGE SCAM!!!

Your research is an accurate description of what happened to me. They are advertising in the Pennysaver like they are a property management company but don't believe them, they are NOT. They are nothing more than a group of unscrupulous people, who have no interest in getting you into a home, and who only care about getting your money. Now that I got that off my back, this is how they operate.

Their listings consist of bogus homes, or other homes already advertised elsewhere, which they don't even find themselves. They promise to give you a discount if you sign through them, but they don't even have the right to do, since the owner is supposed to approve and they usually don't want to get paid less money. They also ask you to schedule every appointment to see a home through them first because they claim that owner will be mad at them if you loiter around their home (wouldn't you? especially if you have no idea that your home is being advertised when it's not even for rent!). Needless to say, they never get back to you with an appointment.

So if things don't work out, they promise in their contract that you can get your money back after 90 days...well, not all of it, only $100 out of $180. After the supposed 90-day wait period, I submitted the documents to get this process started and they said they would get back to me right away but no surprise, they never did. I tried calling them several times but they had changed their phone number or it was disconnected after the second or third call. I decided to pay them a visit and it turns out they had already moved away, and I found out from a neighboring business that they still owed the building owner rent. What a bunch of losers!

So if anybody is reading this, don't make the same mistake that I did. If you hear the name "West Coast Properties" when inquiring about a home, RUN RUN RUN! Or if you're dealing with a company with the same dirty business ethics as I have described, get out quick or don't even deal with them at all. I hope this helps someone.

actually i did a little research and found that the BBB rates them an F.  This is a SCAM.  They take your money as a deposit and the property is really not for rent, or the owner never allowed for it to be put up for rent.  Then trying to get your money back is close to impossible.

I also found in pennysaver...are they legit?  or is this a scam?

I found that this number belongs to Forklift Parts Supplies but have no idea why they called.
