Today is the second time I've received a text from this number.  Last time I texted back and told them to remove me form their database, I've tried to call the number to no avail. HOW do I get off of their list?!?!

Another number they use is 406-204-4403

SMS text spammer. Just got a message "Is your mortgage payment too expensive? Our Loan Modification program can lower your payments immediately. May we please give you a call?" Obvious the answer is NO and I am only 15 years old. If you were to solicit something else this would be consider illegal and I would call the cops on you. These spammers need to make sure their intended caller is over 18.

GOT AT TEXT AT 1:42 AM ABOUT THIS STUPID LOAN CRAP.  I JUST CLOSED ON MY HOUSE WITH PROVIDENT LENDING. I CALLED THEM AND COMPLAINED BECAUSE I KNOW DAMN WELL THEY SOLD MY INFORMATION!  THEY SAID THEY TOOK ME OFF THE LIST AFTER MY RECENT CALL BUT COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO ALREADY GOT MY INFORMATION.  I DO NOT GIVE MY CELL PHONE OUT TO COMPANY'S; HOWEVER, IT WAS LISTED WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR MY HOME LOAN!  CAN'T CALL THE NUMBER BACK BECAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK AND THIS B.S. WEBSITE THEY INCLUDED ON THE TEXT IS PHONY TOO!!!

I got this too, i did some research, this is fraud company that tries to get your personal information. even on the website, there is no address nor phone number.

Received a text from this number at 3:00 AM. What type of idiot thinks they can get any business by waking people up in the middle of the night!! It is propably a scam to steal info. Do not trust these people and I hope they get put out of business and in jail!!

Some sort of home mortgage company texted me from this number - but my number is on do-not-call list so they should be fined/reported for doing this.  I REALLY want to know how they got my personal cell number b/c I give it out so rarely.   I suspect Harlem Furniture, b/c I had to give it to them for delivery purposes.

I keep receiving TEXT MESSAGES (as if e-mails and phone calls are not enough) from this number. They "want to lower my mortgage payments" (which I don't even have). Clearly, they are spammers!

How can we get them to stop?

Does a gov't agency even check this site and do anything about it.
I do not do texting, only keep it "on" if my daughter has an emergency and can't make a call. It just cost me 25 cents.

WE ALL NEED TO REPORT THIS NUMBER TO THE FCC AND THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY!! They will only take action if they receive hundreds of complaints and what this person is doing is completely illegal and inappropriate and needs to be investigated!

This 2:51am text read as followed:

The text woke me up in the middle of the night and I do not even have a mortgage. The website this company uses is especially misleading in that it includes "gov" which attempts to denote a U.S. federal government affiliation.

My cell phone number is on the "DO NOT CALL" list, but these text messages are still coming and I don't have a text plan and therefore have to pay for each message.
