This number has texted me twice about 10K of debt. As I'm traveling internationally, this is probably costing me $1-2 for getting this message that I don't want. I think this should be illegal, and the people that do it should be wanked.

Report then to the "do nat call list" web site. If you're on the do not call list they can be fined up to 11,000 PER incident.
