They texted me AFTER 11:00 at night!!!  Add me to the long list of angry people!!

No, and I don't even have mortgage..

Same memo here, replied to their message demanding to be removed from their list.

Mine said:
"If you are struggling to keep up with credit card payments and have more than $10k in debt, we can help. Would you like to learn more about our program?"

Just got a text, saying, "If you are struggling to keep up with credit card payments and have more than $10K in debt, we can help.  Would you like to learn more about our program?"  Survey says, "NO!"  Please help stop these texts.  Thank you.

Received txt message from 562-485-7844 January 13th at 9:05 AM EST.
The message was as follows:

"If you are struggling with your credit card payments and have more than $10k in debt, our program can lower your payments.  Would you like to learn more?"

I replied to the txt message for a call back to learn more.

Unfortunately I missed their call when they called me but they left a voice message giving the following information:

Call from: Rick Carter - Nationwide Support Services.  In regards to lower overall debt and credit card payments.  
Contact Information: 1-866-220-3589 ext. 235

Verizon says to text back the word stop and that number will not call you again.  No way to verify that this will work and costs me for receibving and sendingt the text.

562 485 7844 sent me a text message about mortgage help.  I used AT&T's Smart Limits program to permanently block the number.  Area code 562 is listed for California (Long Beach, Whittier, Lakewood, Bellflower, Norwalk and Southeastern L.A. suburbs)

Same thing here, got a text message out of the blue from these a****oles.  I'm going here to report it:

I am on the do not call list. IS there a do not text list? This is only one of several in the past month.

I recieved the very same call all of you did several times on my cell early in the morning and late at night, I am also on the Do not call list.

I filed a complaint with the FCC and I've texted several nasty messages back to them.

I received a text from 1-562-485-7844 tonight stating  "Dear Homeowner, if you are struggling to make your mortgage payment or have a recent hardship, a modification can help. Would you like to learn more about this?"

I am on the Do Not Call List.  I have never signed up any information under my cell number.  Please take action to stop this unwanted activity.

Got a text from this number last night saying, "Dear homeowner, if you are struggling to make your mortgage payment or have a recent hardship, a modification can help. Would you like to learn more about this?" I replied, "NO. Remove my number and do not contact me again or I will report your number and your company. I am on the DO NOT CALL list."

Apparently they didn't get the message and called this morning. Unfortunately I didn't have my phone on me when they called and now when I call back it's a cell that doesn't have the voice mail set up.

GRRR.
