Received a call from this number from 3 a.m. to 9 a.m. (about 6 calls total). Caller Id showed it as Molina Healthcare. Whenever I answered there was always an annoying beep, like a fax machine. I tried to call the number and it was a fax line.

it started calling my mom over & over.
I gave her the number Stephanie provided in November.

Started getting calls every couple of minutes. I Googled the number and found others are having the same problem. One of the comments has a number to try and have the problem corrected. 562-435-2003.

I searched 562-499-6121 and found an alternate number in Long Beach, Cal. I called 562-435-2003 and spoke with someone who took my info and said they would correct the problem of repeated phone calls with no call back allowed.

Keep receiving the fax call every 5 min. It's really annoying.

calls all day, every 6 minutes, only a beep on the line, upon callback, modem of some sort answers. Calls 30-40 times in a row.
