Received a call and heard music, then the caller hung up.

Got a call on my cell from this number at 9:56am PST. I'm on the Do Not Call list. Had to say Hello twice for them to say Hello back - then hung up.

answered a call nobody on the other end until I was about to hang up. They asked for Mr and the family name of the house. Wanted to sell construction services. I explained he had the wrong customers because our family has people in construction. I also explained that we are on the do not call list. This didn't phase him though we were both being nice when I explained we weren't going to use his service there was no thank you or anything but a quick hang up.

Wow he calls on my time and is wrong and in violation of the law doing so.,, while I respond nicely he hangs up...

Violates the do no call list... Clueless... and Rude... Is this who I want working on my home? Doesn't he sound ethical?

Called using my name trying to give a free estimate for work on my home.  Saying that I wasn't interested wasn't good enough for him so I hung up

received a  call at 5:55 Jan. 10...just heard clicking

Landline phone w/ Do Not Call rang three times and then hung up before it could be answered. Caller ID said "Wireless Caller."

Also got a call this morning and my phone display said cell phone and the phone number on it.  When I picked it up it took a few seconds before I heard a click and the guy at the other end of the line came on asked for me by my full name.  I told him that he (I) was not home didn't say a word then  hung up.

Called pretending to know the owner of our business, wouldn't identify themselves and then pretended to have the cell number of the owner even though he only gives it out to family members.
