CALLED AND HUNG UP.

They asked for my wife, who's been dead for over 3 years now.   Thing is, I've only had this # for just over a year now!

When I said she's dead, she is, the b***h just hung up.

Left 2 voice mails asking me to call "May" at 1-800-429-7497 Ext. #325.

A woman called "May" called said I was selected to receive 2 prizes and tried to schedule me to pick them up and attend a 90 min presentation.

a woman called may said i was selected to receive 10.000 and ask me for a creditcar # that hapened on 4-11-2008

A woman called and said my wife (dead eight years)had won a car.

Call for marketing the time sharing resort.  They collected phone numbers from a lottery for a Benz sport car in a outlet.

Ah!, so may folks like me here got this stupid call ? ..
Hey, next time if you get this call pls. take it..and say you are from some Police Dept, and investigating a Murder and at the Crime scene, and the phone possibly belongs to the suspect. :-D
Then get her to spit out the details ..of her work and the company.

Called my cell. Call back, no answer and just got hang up.

They called twice from 562-728-7000 and left a message with the second call to return her call to 800-429-7497.  She said it was about a car or cash that I entered to win while I was at the Lone Star mall.  Funny, I hadn't been to that mall in nearly two years.

4:29:07 pm on 9-19-07.  did not answer it and let it kick to vm, but no message left on voicemail.

I used to work there.  They get your number when you fill out those car/money giveaways at malls.  It's a timeshare company.  They are trying to get you to come to the two hour presentation.  If you go, then they make money, if you don't they make nothing.

The presentation is actually legit, you will get whatever prize they tell you about on the phone (usually trip to vegas/dvd player, etc).  Just don't sign up for the timeshare...it's a ripoff.

Talked to a women who said she got our number from a drawing at the rolling oaks mall in san antonio, tx. they said I won sometype of prize dont know it it is for real or not.

i got a call about 30 min ago...she said that she got my information from a drawing for a new car at the mall... said i might have won a trip for 2 to vegas .. she asked if i was older than 25.. i told her i was 23..  she then gave me a number to call back 1-800-429-7497 with an ext. and said if i could find someone that was 25 or older and made 35,000 or more to call her back within 2 hours to see if they qualify...

I just received a call about 30 minutes ago. A message was left saying it was in reference to a drawing I enter at the mall for a car. Looking at the other remarks I guess its all a sham so why waste anymore time!

The Lady identified herself as Belle, called me and said I won some gift and asked for an email id so she can send the gift certificate. But she would not mention what survey I had participated.. and where, just the date May 3, 2008.
I guess it is one of that stuff in various shopping malls, where they keep a Car/SUV and ask people to fill the details. I remember doing that.. :-)
Do these people pose any threat? Like Identity theft?

they said i had won a car as well. glad i chked this out so i can ignor/block that number fr now own.

I've so far gotten 7 missed calls from this number.  (I never answer my phone if I don't recognize the number and feel if it's important they'll leave a message.)  After reading some of the comments above, I think it's from one of the times I filled out one of those forms to win a car in the mall or something.  IDK why I do that because I never answer my phone anyway! LOL

i just recieved a call on my cell phone from the same number, they said i gave them my number on some entry form that was filled out somewhere.  It's really starting to bug because they called on my home phone too. They claim to be with wyndham hotels.

call and hang up....no message....they are some solicitors offering time shares.....Im on the DNC listing....

I been getting a call from the 562-728-7000. When I first got a call I check the area code and it was in Long Beach.  I didn't know the number so I just call them back. The receptionist transfer me and Kathy answer the call so I asked her that what is this company for? Is it sales or what? Her responds was I don't know since there are three company who call and I don't have any information front of me so I don't know what was it about....... so I asked again is this call for sales???? she just said NO  if they haven't left you a message they will call you back* and she just hang up on me. So RUDE............ I can't believe she could just hang up someone's call even I am still talking.  You all should not take a call from this number.  Just very rude people.

Got a call from this #, i didn't answer, but she left a message.  She said I had won a car, then she said something about a million dollars.  She sounded like she was in a busy call center, so unless they have thousands of "winners" i am sure i will have to attend some sort of meeting where they will try to beat me over the head until i buy their timeshare.  She said her name was "Janet"

I got a call from this no a few mins back on my cell. Usually telemarketers block their id. So I assumed it was not them. The lady said her name was Jeanne or something similar sounding. She asked me by name. Since I didn't recognize the no and name, I asked from where she was. She responded by asking me to tell her when I was ready with a paper and a pen and she will let me know. When I said yes, she gave me a toll-free no. 1-800-429-7497 xtn 495 and told to call this no and ask for Jeanne and said that I had won a lottery of $1 million ... (lol) After that I'm not sure who disconnected, she or me. But I'm still wondering how did she got my name and no and who the hell are they and why are they doing this. I looked up and found the no as belonging to

Yeah they got your number from an entry form you (or someone else) probably filled out.  It's a telemarketer.  They are trying to get you to go down to Anaheim to attend a meeting to talk you into timesharing.  and the prize is a choice of 2 trips, san diego or vegas. but of course they will definitely try harder to persuade you into it if you take the trips.  lol
