My older brother bought the books because they threaten him saying they were going to file a law suit so he was stupid to pay the $200 for the books. As soon as he told me we notify the bank,  and will be filling a  fraud complaint with BBB, and consumers good. And I will personally try to get  in contact with Univision, and Telemundo to get this story out.  

This is such a scam, do not sign for any packages, nor be scared as they treatened you to court.

My mother 71 yrs. old called this company for information in regards of the English course she saw in a Latino channel and they told her that the English course cost $1000.00 dollars but she will get it for free and she would only need to pay the shipping costs of $199.00 by money order made out to ALA, when my mom told me that I immediately call them back to cancell the order and they told me that we couldn't cancel any order and that the legal department will contact us, this is to prove that the scams still there even tho these people have been reported 29 times to the better bussines bureau for scams and with mine it will be 30 is time to put an end to these people that take advantage of innocent people, the name of the persons behind these busines are Jessica Marin who calls her self the teacher and Susana Medina the secretary becareful and be aware of this type bad busines.

Forgot to mention: call was from a Roger at (562) 776-0700.  If anyone receives calls from them I encourage folks to file a complaint with the BBB so they can investigate these guys and SHUT them DOWN!!

This is the worst company that has proven to be unprofessional, and a sham!!!  I placed a phone call to inquire on a product, but did NOT order the product.  They have since repeatedly called, demanding money.  They state a product was shipped but being held in the warehouse, demanding $78 to cancel or order or to send > $172 right away.  I am dismayed if anyone falls for this crap.  After a verbal series of degradations I gave the service rep, I was threatened with a police report filing.  Unbelievable!  I hope these people get shut down ASAP!!  Was very frustrating not only conversing with a series of IDIOT SCAMMERS, but they also demanded money when my wife answered the phone as well as my daughter.

I ordered a translation product advertised on TV.  It was supposed to be less than $200 US.  They said they would ship it cod.  Then I started getting calls saying I had to get the money to them NOW!  They were very demanding.  A friend pretended to be my daughter when they called and they told her the package was here in my city, when she asked what city they sent it to, they just said Texas.  Then the girl transferred the call to her "supervisor" who identified himself as the Legal department.  He started saying that there was insurance and warranty that is reuqired and that it wasn't paid for and that a money order must be gotten and sent NOW or the price would go to over $1,000.  After getting the Money Order, my bank told me to cash the money order and keep the money that it was a scam!  The Better Business Bureau traced it to California and they have a report on the company.
