I have been harassed by these calls for about a year now, 562-               461-3269,803-6492,803-6560,803-6489.I have called back it is the mail box for Kaiser Permente in Downey Ca. I have done everything humanly possible to stop them but nothing works.I will probably change my phone num. but what a hassle..........
