I received a call that I owed on a 2 year old bill for light bulbs just like the report above.  They were very rude and told me that if I didn't pay them by the next day that they would report me to the credit bureau and it would ruin my credit.  I asked for a copy of the invoice but they refused to send me one until I paid the amount of $49.95.  I told them I had to check my records at home and tried to call them back the next day.  I let the phone ring at least 25 times and there was no answer or answering machine.  They claimed to be a debt collector.  I will hang up on them the next time they call.

Supervisor Lexi called with a "courtesy call" claiming I owe for 2 year old bill for light bulbs plus late fees or they will send it to collections and ruin my credit rating.  I had to call back by 6:00 California time with a bank statement number proving I had already paid for them.  Had a second call 2 days later from Phillip saying I owe for an unpaid bill tootling $500.00.  In hung up on him.
