From other sites, they say it's scammers trying to get credit card/bank info. So beware...

Don't answer? Where's the fun in that? They've called twice today & I was too busy to answer, darn it. But I just finished one of my spreadsheets & sent off to my client. If they call back again, I'm ready. Oh yes, I'd love to talk with someone about my Visa with  JoeSchmoe bank and LucyGoosey Credit Union- use banks you don't use. Yeah, I'm always way behind on my payments. Then when you get them interested, taking as long as you have the time, ask them are you serious? I'm a friend visiting & they told me to answer the phone.

Hey, it keeps them off of your phone. :) Sometimes I say, oh, just a minute, & put the phone down & don't come back, or I hold it down for the dog. I know they are just trying to make a living. But it is SO annoying.

Received a caal a few moments ago. they hung up when I asked the name of the company. They were offering reduced interest rates on credit cards. sounded suspicious. They hung up when asked for their information.

I answered because I did not do the search first but the lady told me that she needed me to verify my visa card number because of a recent transaction I made and I told her that I had not used my visa card in 3 months.  She wanted me to give her my complete  credit card info so she could place place it on a watch list so that any false transactions did not go through.  I said, no thank you and that I would call my bank to resolve any issues.  She begged me not to remain on the line and I i ended the call.

Got a call from this number, but fortunately missed it. I immediately googled the number (being that I didn't recognize it) and came across these (very helpful) comments warning me of such intend from the caller. I waited a few minutes thinking that the person calling me would leave a voice-message, but just like with the other callers, they didn't. Thank you to those who have left comments for other (as myself) to become more wary of scams like this.

Called me, I never answered

The callers are the drug- addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

DO NOT GIVE INFO ABOUT YOUR BANKING ACCOUNTS THIS IS A SCAM BIG ONE. IF SOMEONE CALL HUNG UP AND CALL YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND GIVE THE TELEPHONE# ASAP PLUS CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THE BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY!!!

Got a call from these guys on my cell. They didn't leave a message.

This number calls me off and on and NEVER leaves me a message, so I know it is a Solicitor!

Somehow, this number found my very guarded cell phone number.  I did not pick up.  No message left.  No Caller ID, either.  Number has been blocked.  

Just received a call from this number and no message on my voice mail. Will continue to ignore.

"Heather from Credit Card Services" calling to tell me there is no problem with my account, but to stay on the line to get info about lowering my interest rate. Since I carry a zero balance, they're not likely to suck me into their fraud with that hook.

Just received a call.
Did not answer.
Will continue to avoid.

This number has called my cell 3x this morning. Do not know the number so i did not answer.
Each call went to voice mail but there was no message.

Also just received  a call from this number.  Left no message.

Just got a missed call from them. No voicemail left. Caller ID says "Norwalk, CA." According to other sites, this is a spammer trying to get your credit card info. Better to not pick up.

Make sure when these scammers call that you talk to them for at least 10 minutes while you're talking to them use very intent and dirty language referring to their intellect and their honesty but do this right before you hang up of course you need to pretend that you're interested in what they want which is taking all of your money before you do the yelling and screaming and swearing at them if you take up enough of their time maybe it will take their time away from stealing money from poor people thank you for helping me get rid of these total scumbags.
