Google voice is wonderful when it translates correctly... this is the message I received in voice mail. google translate doesn't do too well..

"This message is intended for our Hey Matthew. *******. Matthew, return this call for me, we have your social security number Which is ********* now. Matthew. The moment if you receive this message, I. D. edu audio we did it. 30. you need to call us back. Your we'd all be cool. The issue at hand. It is extremely time sensitive. My name is Michael beats and the offline to my division it 5635497935 I don't need that 5635497935. Now, that they got this message. We're not nice. Now. If you got word on the call, or. I don't see you called, pushing forward. Our the either The only thing I can do it. Please call immediately, Or Good Luck. as this case unfolds further, goodbye."

-How the hell they have my SSN i have no clue, but scam all the way.. My voicemail doesnt even say who I am..

Received the same phone call on 2/3/14 at my work number. I was not at my desk so the foreign woman just got my voice mail. She left a threatening message that either I or my attorney needed to call back to 563-549-7935 or else I would suffer the consequences as the "situation unfolded on me."  She didn't even get my last name right on the message.  Of course I do not plan to call back.

Exact same thing with this same company just happened to me!! Is there any way to actually ever stop people like this??

I have been receiving these same phone calls and messages, so before I called back I decided I would play a game of my own. When they answered the phone I stated I was an attorney representing the client they had called about...long story short towards the end of the conversation I said I also work for an identity/fraud company, and that they would be reported for this scam they are trying to pull on people...as the conversation has been recording this whole time...lol lol The guy quickly responded with okay goodbye.....

These people have been calling me non stop for about amonth. When I did get ahold of someone Iwas told that I was going to be arrested. They didnt give me any information about the money I  supposingly owed. Now they dont answer the phone or there is a busy signal. I wish they would leave me alone.

So, I get a call at work from this guy who is clearly from India claiming that he is calling from Tyler & Conner regarding a lawsuit. He asks me if I am aware of a lawsuit brought against me and I told him that I was not. He proceeds to place me on hold while he transfers me to the litigation department, which, the person who answers, is the same person I am speaking with before, and he says he is now a paralegal.

So this 'paralegal' starts going on about a debt and I told him to call me on my cell and not at work. He takes down my number but then after I hang up, I proceed to call him back.

{I know these collection transfer antics, I used to see these things done when I worked as a collector with CashCall Inc in Anaheim, CA.}



I call him back 15 minutes later after the initial call to 563-549-7935 and the 1st thing I say when he picks up is,
'which law firm is this?'

This 'paralegal' begins to stutter, so I ask him again, and he says, Tyler & Conner;

'where are you located?' he says, 'Davenport, IA.;

'what is your address?' he stutters and says, 'why do you ask, who is this?'

I tell him my name, and he says, 'oh yes, I have your file in front of me.'

I tell him I am recording the call and that I am going to sue him for impersonating a law firm, misrepresenting himself, not identifying himself as a collector, not providing the mini-miranda which states that he is attempting to collect a debt, and tol him these are all clear violations of FDCPA.

I tell you, he did not know WTF to say. I told him that I used to do collections, so I know my rights, again, NOTHING TO SAY!

He provides me an address of 401 West 4th Street, Davenport, Iowa, 52801.


While he's providing the address to me, I was Google'ing the address, which I found belongs NOT to a law firm.
I proceed to tell him the law firm he claims he is from does not exist. He gets really nervouse and starts giving big pauses.

So, I ask the company of this debt that I so-called owed, he claimed US CASH LENDING, which was a total lie. So, I ask him, what is that company's website?

HE HUNG UP ON ME.

I've been calling this 'paralega' back consistently, hitting redial, for the last half hour, and all of a sudden the number is prompted to say that it is busy.

How they like it when they run into someone who knows their rights!

I got a phone call from this number saying that they weregoing to have me arrested. Tried to call the number and they wouldnt tell me the name of the attorney office that they  were. Thats seemed strange because most attorney offices arent afraid to tell you there name

Hey guys don't have to worry about that number contacting you anymore. The number if no longer in service. After I called and told them I was giving their number to the police and the FBI was already on their azz and ended it by saying now I wish you good luck.

I've been getting calls from this number ALLLL DAYY!!!!!!!!  I'm going to jail on 3 fraud accounts, there serving me with papers on Monday, good luck to what happens to me if I don't call back.  The funny thing is this man keeps on calling.  My cell and my work phone.  I've even picked up pretending to be someone else to take the message and he repeated the same message. I told him he was a liar because I spoke to him earlier.  He threatened to throw me in jail again!!  I told him to go F himself and he told me I couldn't talk to him that way.  Now dont get me wrong I was very nice at first, but after harrassing me ALL day it needs to stop.  I know 100% I don't have anything outstanding.  Also helpful info (it's a hit or miss) he is claiming to be from Tyler Conner Legal Associates. I googled it and nothing comes up.  "call back now or good luck to what unfolds".  Right like a legal representive is going to say that? Knowing all the laws and regulations that are set for "debt collectors".  My friend called back and said she was Barbra Walters. Dumbass put her on hold to pull her file and hung up.  I've told him multiple times I dont know what you are doing but it's not working and I don't care. Your going to jail BEHIND BARS. PUT me there! I've filed a police report because he will NOT leave me alone.

I hope everyone files one to so something will be done. These people need to be caught.  It's a man and a women.  Hit or miss with the info you are going to get. But if everyone shares their story then hopefully more people are aware of it.

These people called me two days ago saying the same thing. And they wished me good luck also. Only thing is when I call I get no answer. He said his name was john carter the name sounded off especially with his accent.

A Patrick West from Tyler and Connors law contacted both my cell and work numbers...there is no such attorneys office, and I researched BBB and this is a scam...they threaten to have you arrested if you don't pay them for unpaid loans...I never had a loan and knew it was a fraud...

It's a scam...I just received the call also, and they literally called my work number...I researched BBB and it's fraud...they scare you into thinking you will be arrested in hopes you give them money...do not fall for it, nor give them any information....threaten to have them arrested for fraud and they will leave you alone...

Someone help! I just got a phone call from this number and like it was previously stated I owed them money. But when I call back it's a attorney's office & the same woman answers everytime. She then told me I had 30 min to pay or a warrant would be issued... WTF!!!???  So confused

This company Called me, stating that they were with "an attorneys office" and that if I didn't pay them what I owed, for a debt that never happened... I would be arrested for three different criminal charges. Wtf?? They call all the time and leave messages. What a scam...

I been getting calls from this from a Allen Peters cailming tht i need to call them back or get an attorney.
I don't owe anything re some debt they say i owe.  When i called back all I get is a busy signal.  i also
received a call on my job saying they were coming to arrest me for fraud and criminal charges.  

They told me I was going to be arested for bank fraud, check fraud unless I paid 9523 dallors to clear this debt it wasn't a debt by me but they had alot of info, including who I bank with. This is a fraudulent call they are trying to scam people they get your info online from forms you fill out.

I waited about 30 minutes and tried to call back again, and still busy, lol.

I received a call from this number, I did not answer as I was busy, they could not leave a message as my voicemail is full.
later when I got home, I googled the number, nothing, then I check her eon 800notes, nothing, so I call it back to see who it is...........the phone rings and rings and rings, finally after almost 2 minutes, some illegal immigrant answers with a forign accent.

Some guy called saying that my attorney need to call them because I was way behind in my payment and they wished me good luck if I didn't call back but my attorney need to call them

I just received a phone call at work about a lawsuit being filed against me in the state of Indiana and if I wanted anymore information that I would be forwarded to an associate lawyer and he could explain what the lawsuit is all about.  Also, they said they were going to file with Pennsylvanias attorney general and that I would be arrested.  This is the first time that I have received a call from this number and I believe it might be a scam.  The individual wouldn't even give me any information just, that I should contact my lawyer and wait.

I got the same call and they actually hung up on me 3 times when I tried to clarify what they were talking about. I called my local police dept and they advised me to report the number to the attorney generals office., I would suggest everyone do so. I wonder if anyone has had bank trouble from these people? I am not worried about being arrested but I am about the fact that they could have bank info since it is used in the application process. I did an online thing and got my number sent to tons of companies and they called me non stop for weeks. I didn't even take an advance. So its obviously a scam.

Got a call from them just now and first of all they threatened me and then said I better hire a lawyer
for a past due loan from years ago.  Then hung up after telling me the police would arrest me in the morning.
