Claims to be an application service for lenders, in "Florida." Refused to give last name or address, when pressed and threatened with legal action, supervisor admitted to being in Miami. Definitely a scam.

I received a text message on my cell phone. Have both land line and cell on the do-not-call lists.
the text reads as follows: You can borrow up to $5000 today for any use. I text them back that I am on the do not call list and please remove my number from their list and I also let them know that I reported them.
I have no clue who this is but they get around the do not call thingy somehow. So tired of having both of my phones jammed with this crap.
