This is a nursing home and these people are harassing our company, trying to get a hold of an employee, that no longer works here.  

Keep getting calls for4 hours they keep threatening me two of check fraud theft by deception I told. Him who where when when they call they keep getting louder requesting western union payment

I have worked with the FTC and FBI and there is absolutely nothing anyone in the US can do about these guys. They are from India and the Indian government doesn't care. I have had this number (567-244-4011) shut down so you can't call them back on it. The only thing you can do is torment them back. I got another number to call them and I call 30 times a day and waste their time. Once you make it clear you know that are crooks and you will not send them money, regardless of the pain, they get bored and will leave you alone. I have enjoyed calling them many derogatory names. It's been a good laugh.

These guys are relentless.  They called my cell numerous times in a row.  When I first started dealing with them, they would threaten me with a law suit.  They kept calling my place of employment an would threaten those that answered the phone and start cursing them if they suggested I was not there or couldn't come to the phone.  These people steal our persona information off he internet and then begin using it against us.  I have talked with local law enforcement agencies where I work, and left messages with the FTC.  Please help us stop these foreigners from invading our country through these "blackmailing" scams.  

Yes, this is a scam. They will tie your phone lines up for days making about 150 calls per hour from several numbers. They all appear to be call out only numbers as you cannot call them back.

Contact the FBI at IC3.GOV to report this company. They are highly illegal and attempt to defraud you by saying you owe money on a debt already paid or that you never took. They are obtaining this information from hacked payday loan offices.

OK, here is the scoop on these guys. They are likely from India. Carriers sell blocks of phone numbers to them so that we can call what looks like a domestic number but the call is fowarded via VoIP to India. They use VoIP from India and spoof any number that they want to make it look like it is a domestic call as well. I called Ohio Telecom, which is where this number originates and they were well aware of this group and had talked to them a number of times. They also called the FBI but were told there was nothing anyone in the US could do since it was all off shore. Ohio Telecom has shut down this particular number but they just move on the to the next one. So... all you can do is hang up on them. They will eventually go away. They are an extortion group that will move on to someone that will talk to them.

I know this guy has said to some that he was from the IRS. I would suggest that if you have been told that, to file a complaint with the Treasury Department. This is a federal offense.

Yesterday, a heavily accented man called my number at 4:57 pm, 4:59 pm, 5:00 pm, 5:01 pm and 5:02 pm and identified himself as Shawn (no last name).  He asked if I was Bonnie.  I told him, "That depends, who wants to know?"  He repeated his name. And when I asked for the name of his company our connection conveniently garbled (like someone crumbling paper near the mouthpiece).  He told me he was looking for someone who had used my name for a reference and has been using it fraudulently.  When I told him I had received calls of this same type a year ago and was told it was a scam, he became angry and questioned whether or not I was going to provide the information.  I told him to delete my number and never contact me again.  He said, "I will not call you again, but in 2 or 3 days, you will be receiving a subpoena at your place of business."

Add 397-560-2365 to the list. He uses an auto dialer to saturate all of the operators lines. We have reported him to the FTC and Ohio Telecom. It sounds like he is just a scum bag extortionist.

This gentleman with a thick foreign accent allegedly named "Shawn Smith" called and stated that I am getting Theft by Deception and Check Fraud unless I pay them money or they were calling the police and having me arrested.  I told them to call the police.  This gentleman started screaming and swearing at me calling me a "mother**cker" and a f**cking bi***.  Told me they would keep calling my work and my home.  They keep threatening physical harm on me and my family.  These people need to find a real job and stop calling the people that actually work.

Trust me people. You owe no money to anyone. Theses people have stolen you personal information from somewhere. Probably when SC residents personal tax info was stolen about a year back. After reading most of these post listed under their other numbers they are mainly people in SC. I'm in Charleston myself. They been tying up my business phones for 4 days now looking for any employee who hasn't worked here in 5 years. Was giving out all kinds of personal information. Local police dept said almost everybody has been getting the calls and just tells me to block the number. But they have about 15 lines LOL. Whatever you do don't send any money I had found some horror stories where people actually send in money ($600 +) to pay off this supposed debt and they still kept calling after they got the money. Filed a complaint with the FTC and online with the FBI. Next step will be the NSA. Because I refuse to fund terrorist.

They (His name is Tony) called me several weeks ago and stated that I have two counts against by social security number -check fraud and tempt by deception.  Really, from where, who and when.  He became loud and began to state all of my private information.  This made me nervous, I did not want him to begin calling my place of employment.  I put him off for two weeks.  He is requesting a Western Union Payment.

SCAM!!! do not even answer the phone. Said I owed $6000 but would settle for a $1000 by wire transfer. Bull SH*T!!! just block the number. other numbers they call from
