Just received a call from this number and they left a message on my answering machine.  He claimed that his name was Mark calling with the US Dept of Legal Affairs from US Treasury and there is legal action placed against my name.  If I am busy and cannot call back please have my attorney to do so. I am going to be in a big legal mess if I do not call back.  Until then goodbye and have a blessed day...what a joke!  I called the number back but all I got was a busy signal.  This needs to be stopped!!  What can be done to stop this mess????

Call stating he was from legal department, said my husband was $35,000.00 behind in Fed. tax for the yr of 2008 and the Feds were on their way with a warrant for his arrest...we could cancel it by paying $3189.00..I called them back to as for badge number and name...badge number 11536 name Anthony Cooper....I hope they don't scam anyone out of money but I am sure some people will fall for this.

Caller with HEAVY accent saying she was from legal affairs dept and calling about a very important...then she paused and then she started all over again saying legal affairs important matter and that she hoped she would get a return call about this important legal affairs matter.  Then she ended the call with "God bless"...

Talk about ignorant and hard up to scam someone.

Called and said they were from the US Treasury then the IRS...when I asked for their address and IRS phone number to validate their information, they hung up!!!
