Scammer - this person attempts the rental scam by posting fake properties on popular rental sites, all the amenities, very low rent (compared to area), then strings you along with a bunch of BS to get you to bite and pay a security deposit and 1st month rent in order to secure the property before viewing.

THIS IS A FRAUDSTER'S NUMBER! i found it when searching for apartments in california. they emailed me a contract and asked for first month's rent and security deposit prior to viewing or meeting.  This was the number listed for him.

I reported to Apartments.com and the ad was removed.   In the future, never send any money or credit card number, SSN # to any source you do not know.

567 248 8211 FRaudster for sure. They took $1,000 from my daughter who is a student in New York. Said it was a deposit. Never heard back after they
got her deposit. They have been reported to the Fraud investigation unit

This guy calls himself Dusty Matte, tried to collect deposit and one month rent money ($1700.00) via Money Gram.  I tried to contact him via 567-248-8211 unsucessfully, he never called back.  He excused not to meet to show the unit, just insisted the money first for him to reserve the unit.  So be aware of this ad.

I havent received a phone call from this number but I found it in apartments.com when I searched for an apartment in Waikiki. There was a  name connected to the number and since I did not get any answer on this number I searched for the name and found a different number. I called the person but the person did not know anything about this particular apartment. The price was really good. Too good to be true. So maybe they are using someone elses name to get money

agree with previous posts, possible fraudster subletting apartments in nyc, requests wired money.

A person with this number is trying to collect money via Moneygram for an apartment rental in Honolulu.  Googling the number brings up other apt rentals in NY.  How do you know they are a fraudster?  I'm about 98% sure myself, but would like more details.

The person claims to be Elizabeth Falingeri.  A search of that names brings up (301) 736-6660 which is disconnected.  when that is searched over half a dozen names are used in association with it trying to sell apts in very attractive locations.  Some of the names look improbable.
