I have been receiving calls from someone by the name of "Alex White from PCS (Pacific Consulting Services)

He has been calling my cell phone and my work and this is complete harrassment!  I work for a Law Center and am hoping one of my Attorney's will be able to help me to put a stop to this!

i too have gotten these calls from someone i think named scott cuz i cant understand his accent. he left me a message telling me it looks like im fleeing the scene and if i didnt want legal trouble or for him to call my supervisor then i better call back. so i called back only to hear a busy signal for the first few tries then i called and william answered i asked the name of the company he said pcs or pacific controlling solutions i said what is your mailing address he said i cant give that to u unless u give me ur name i said i need it please he said no and hung up. i called back and gave him my name and told him  not to call my job and to stop harassing me he said im not gonna call u at all anymore i will send u court documents i said no u wont u will send me debt info and u have 5 days to do so he said im gonna call ur work and im not gonna stop calling and im gonna tell everyone about you. i havent heard from them since it has only been since yesterday but maybe they get that im on to them. i havent recieved a loan from them either i dont even have a bank acct

I got a call from this number.  The guy said his name was Michael Smith with Cash Advance USA.  I told him that he was harassing me and to stop calling my job.  He stated he would not stop until I made a payment.  I informed him that I will not make a payment for something that I did not receive.  I also gave him my lawyers information and told him to contact my lawyer.  When I asked where do I need to send the payment he hung up the phone.  I have never received a loan from this company.
