These people have been calling me from many different numbers since Sept 2011.  I have told them to bring on the police, I have called them back as my attorney, they hang up when you do that.  You know they are from the same company because they always end their call with "I wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you".  Talk about needing a life, harass your own people and leave the rest alone.

This is crazy....these guys have the nerve to call my work and left a message, threatening me to have my lawyer  call them. It doesn't get any better than this, sorry guys try some other number next time.

I keep getting these calls on both my cell and office. I've reported to the FTC, AS WELL.AS THE FBI AND THE LOCAL POLICE. SOMEONE NEED TO PUT A STOP TO THESE CALLS..THEY ARE VERY DISTURBING. WHAT CAN WE DO.

These idiots have been calling me off and on for a few months now.  THey called me at first stating I had bounced a check on a payday advance and wanted me to Western Union the cash to avoid being arrested by the local sheriff.  When I heard that I began laughing.  First clue was this was a scam was the sheriff comment.  I live in a large city with a police department; why would the County Sheriff be invoved if we are in a city.  What I did, I called the real company from another phone, put them on speaker with eachother and they hung up.  They called me yesterday while I was at work.  I did not pick up.  They left a message with such a thick accent I did not understand them.  They had not called in a while, I have told them I was getting cops on them and they still kept there show going.  Sometimes it is a man calling, sometimes a woman, always with thick accents and bad grammer.  I tried calling them this morning to tell them to F**k off but now there is no ringtone or busy signal,  just dead air.  SCAM!!!

Hey you caller we know where you calling from and you are track down...if i was you stop what ever you doing cause its not gonna get any farther than you think hoping you get caught soon than i  be laughing in your face don't ever call this number again you are on a look out...people like you should rot in jail and that's where everyone wants you to be so i hope you are reading every ones comments maybe it will make you wake up and not to rip people or trying to rip people right now...the police will be at your door if you are a teenger and didn't finish school and don't have nothing better to do go and make some use of your self finish school if not a teenager fine something to make use out of your self instead of ripping off some innocent people...and trying a fast way to get cash ain't gonna work...

Starting today at around none time we had a weird call from my son's job...We took the message and call this scum sucking pig that likes to scam people he had an accent in his voice and said his calling and that you owe to Allstate and its a debt to collect and my son says he never ever did heard of Allstate or deal with anyone with such company. Than the person say's if you don't pay you be arrested tonite and will be paying five thousand dollars for fraud over the internet he stated to my son, if no payment is made...than i had my husband talk to the guy and he ask what company is this he said he can't say its for only my son to know. What's weird we called the job my son work at they got the company name called Reagal Service and my husband ask he wouldn't give out the company's name so again i already knew it was a freaken scam...Than he had my son write a request note saying this is the exact words he said...he told my son to write a request letter to the state i first and last name request CRP please no red make on my credit history please please don't take any costiy on this i was unable to make payment because i need the request i have a good attention to resolve outside of the legal house.This also didn't make sense either...Than he kept demanding you be arrested to night for fraud over the internet and again pay five thousand dollars fine...Well guess what punk a** you in trouble and i hope they catch who you are cause this is reported to police and have your a** in jail you will  rot in hell punkass so you messing with the wrong person. And the number that everyone should look out for is this number 567-253-2069 and he also gave a fake name IS MARK SMITH AND A COLLECTOR FOR ALLSTATE...NICE TRY YOU BASTERD WHO TRY'S TO RIP MY SON OFF AND GIVE HIM BAD CREDIT YOU GO TO HELL...

Starting getting these calls today.  This happened to me last Fall as well.  The person who calls claims to be an attorney calling to warn you of a suit that is being brought up against you, he then urges you to contact your attorney, or pay the debt.  He ends it with, if you do not do anything about this and let me help you, I feel sorry for the road you are headed down.  This situation is extremely time sensitive.  I urge you to call now

Its a scam to make you scared.  They somehow find information on your credit report about a delinquent account you have and they use it to sound lucritive.  Hang up.  They will call from many different numbers, but eventually, they give up.

ya thay called me today asking for info when i told them i knew who they are and where they where AT IN THE STATE OF OH CLIK,,,,,HOWS IT FEEL TO BE FOUND OUT ABOUT YOUR  calls mr scam man dont feel good does it when some body tells you who you are and where your at have a nice day

These people call my home at least twice each day.  In the evening, it is almost 9:00 PM.  They say that they are collecting some money for some reason that I cannot understand.  They have told me that I will be arrested the next day.  I certainly do not need this kind of harressment.  I am 79 years of age and have other problems to which I need to attend.  They call from 7-253-2069 and tell me to call 567-253-2069.  They must be out of the US.  HELP.

It's a low-life debt collector trying to collect on (probably) very old, out of SOL debt.  Either don't answer or just hang up on them.  Or even better, record the call with your cell and TELL them you're recording for "quality assurance"!  In most states, it IS legal to record calls like this.

A man with a very heavy accent called my work AND my cell phone number saying they were from some company named Allstate about a "case". When I asked what case he said I should know and said if I didn't talk to him while I was at work he would call me 1,000 times and then come and arrest me! What a moron! It's amazing how they get our phone numbers and just harass people like this!

I just got a call form them also..I had to relisten to the message like 4 times to even get the number they said to call back!..and it comes up on my pone as:639-90..what is that>???..You cant understand them and what you get from them is all threats!

threatening me with legal action if I do not pay for a pay advance that I never took out. They have even go so far as to call my work and tell them they are my brother and my father is very ill. which is funny.. with a very thick middle eastern accent, since I am a southern in a southern state .

Very heavy accent and rude!! Saying they were from some legal service asking for my fiance. How they got my number, is beyond me. He wouldn't tell me what it was about. I didn't like the call at all and has me all worked up. I really  hope it is a scam...I don't need any problems right now. 4 weeks due to have a baby and not about to deal with such non sense!!
