We are getting call from this number saying the police are coming to our house to arrest us for unpaid debts.

We have received about 6 of these calls and my son called the man a c**** jockey! LOL I also called the local police department and they told me the police do not go out on unpaid debts. These people think we are stupid and are just trying to scare us into giving them money.If these people are really who they say they are they would not get angry and cuss and tell you they are going to do sexual things to your family! Just hang up on them and report them to the attorney generals office.

The local police department in ohio told me to report it to the attorney general. They will investigate this matter.

I have received calls at work to. I am not sure what can be done to stop them. Its really really frustrating.

i got  the same call for  the last two Day   now  so what we do about this

I have received calls from this number several times a day. There was a foreign man advising that this issue was time sensative and that I had a lawsuit against me and my SSN had been blocked for 6 months. After reading some of these posts and blocked the number from my cell in an attempt to keep them from calling. Well a few moments ago I received a call from a local number. Something told me not to answer it, so I ignored the call. Immediately another call came through and it was the same man leaving a message.

Well I just got a call from an Indian speaking man saying he was from the Attorney General's Office. I am 23yrs military police. I told him to put someone one the phone that speaks English or to have my state attorney general call me.... They hung up. lol

These people have been calling me since Friday. First he was a debt collector then became an attorney and now he's an Officer Sean Davis. We have been able to keep some of the voicemails. Any information on how to stop them from calling?

Receiving calls daily from India-sounding people, both at work and at home with the same nonsense being repeated to me about being investigated, being arrested, it being urgent, if they don't hear from me there will be serious consequences and they wish me luck....then they end the call with, "Have a blessed day..."  Are you freakin' kidding me?????  These are the people we should deport back to their own country!

Received a call today they left my a message just like the previous callers had explained. I called him back and told him that I was going to report him to the police and whoever else.  He got really angry and told not to call him back on this number.  He told me he would send me documents regarding my "fraud issue." I told him to go right ahead, in fact please do, and I will add it to the police report I am going to file. Total scammer!! Why can't they stop people like this???

We received a message from  570-201-0009 on our office voice mail today. It was a guy with what sounded like an Indian or other subcontinental accent, claiming that one of my coworkers had to call him back at  570-201-0009 or the "case file" would be submitted to "the state". I think one of my coworkers signed up for a pay-day loan at some point recently (per information from another coworker).

I mostly couldn't understand the guy but he did use my coworker's first name. Sounded like a scam of some kind. The ultimatum kind of gave it away.

I received a call from a man today from this number with an indian sounding voice stating his was with the police and that it is an urgent matter. I applied for an online payday loan and every since then I have been receiving these weird calls. He is crazy. I ended up changing my bank account number just to be on the safe side. I advise anyone who applies for a payday loan to go to a local payday office, be careful with online loan applications.

I received a phone call from this number at my place of employment. When I asked them to call me back another number they got a little upset. I really did not understand what they were talking about and tried to get off of the telephone as quickly as possible.

Why can't arguing be done to stop these thiefs they are rude, and falsely accusing AMERICANS and stealing from many of them

I got a call today and said I hada   loan that I never got for 300.00 from us national bank

The number 570-201-0009 has called me at least 100 times, as many as 10 to 15 times in one day, both on my work phone and my cell. The accent of the caller is difinitely Indian and diffiult to understand. One time he was as an FBI agent, another time a lawyer, then a police officer, and now an officer of the court. He has threatened me with arrest, stated the FBI has a warrant for my arrest, and whatever other threats he has provided I could not understand. First and foremost, the FBI does not call and threathen arrest--they just show up at your front door; next, if it is a bill collector (which I sincelely doubt), I do not believe the FBI has recently started a collection agency for delinquent debts. Also, in the state of California it is illegal to use a person's cell number or work number in order to collect a debt. What is the actual motive of these calls is a mystery to me. I do not answer any phone calls. They must go to my voice mail and if I recognize the caller, I will return the call. If it is a bill collector, perhaps collection by mail might be a better alternative than rude and threatening phone calls.

Received call from this number stating that I had received a 300 advance in January and that I needed to post them something today or else. People are rude, will not tell you who they are calling for but yet they tell you your ss#, bank account number, etc. They eventually threatened to have me arrested. I filed a report with FBI, local police, SEC, and called the SSA. Informed caller of this several times, nothing was done by authorities but they eventually quit calling.
