I also got this email saying to call them.  I think it's so hiliarious that they give security recommendations like don't click on a hyperlink in an email....therefore trying to make it sound like they are legite because they're giving you sound advice.  Problem is, you shouldn't click on any hyperlink for them either nor call their number.

Other points is that I don't know what an EPPICard is anyway, therefore, I don't have an account with them.  They sent it to me as well as other people who have similiar names to me.  There's a big clue that they don't even know who they are sending it to when they're suppose to be the security dept for their bank.  Lastly, their signature doesn't even contain a person's name, just EPPICard Security Manager.

It's a shame though that people fall for this.  They put out hundreds, thousands of these emails just hoping a small percentage gets worried, calls them and gives them personal information.

This is a scam. An email said to call this #. It says it is toll free.  They say for security reasons my EPPICard has been blocked. Call to have it unlocked.
