I just got a call from this number to my cell phone.

What did he say to you

Have been receiving telephone calls from Kevin each time a different last name, has a foreign accent, calls every day and ties all 6 of our company lines up,  we have called the police, the attorney general the telephone company and the FBII to no avail.  For 3 weeks or more this person has called and will tie our phone lines up for 1 hour to an hour and 45 minutes.  Something needs to be done.

Repeat phone calls from 7734557158 and 5703970594 stating they have a lawsuit against my social security number.  They will not provide documentation of the lawsuit but want my bank account number to make a payment to clear the case.
I have reported them to the Missouri Attorney generals office and reported them to my police department for harrassing phone calls at my office.

The same type phone calls have been happening with me.  I have to figure out a way to make this stop.  To file a police report, I need a company name.  I have the persons name "Kevin ?"  Difficult to understand.  If anyone can help, please repond!  Thank you.

I've been getting calls from them too.  Same story, won't give any info regarding who they're representing, etc.  My friend took the phone from me last night and let them have it, told them to bring it on when they threatend endless things, such as having my drivers license revoked.  I need to find a way to block them from my cell phone, but like someone else stated, they'll call from another number.  This morning I came in to 8 voicemail messages from 'Unknown' instead of from the number we're talking about.  They didn't leave a message, just hung up on the message.

I have had messages left on my home phone off and on for several months.  Then he called work and when the call was put through to me they would not give me any definite information; just stated there was a case filed against me in the state of PA.  Names given were American but spoke with heavy accent and the phone kept cutting in and out when I asked for information.  Then they called back and started tying up all the phones at work and refused to stop calling when asked so we called the phone company who had us use *57 when they call to try to trace it.  We are also going to involve the company lawyer.  These people need to be found and arrested!

It's the same man that calls here is a list of numbers they call from 315-285-9114,623-696-3151,570-397-0594,818-532-9007,288-792-1228,358-965-4259. Always saying have you or your retained attorney give my office a call. Heavy accent gentleman. Never can or will tell you the name of the company, or send you any paperwork what so ever.  I'm thinking it has to be  a scam. I would turn everything into the FTC.

I have been getting calls from these people on and off for months! When I block one number they start calling from another. Always use American names but they all have very heavy accents that make them hard to understand. They will not give out any information, only want to threaten me with actions if I don't pay them. But have yet to tell me who is the creditor or send me documentation by mail as I have asked. They are now calling saying they are "officier: something  and are coming to get me.
