the number on callback indicates not in service and was callback in 2 minutes of recieving.
referring to www.ccpd.us amd pct 45 as no real business. first call of this type for 2014.

This call was placed before 9pm @ 832A  and had nothing to say or promote but dead air, sorry they believe to assault an elderly apartment.   More than 2 this week.   I would'nt mind after 9am but don't ring the phone just to ring the phone if you don't have business to transact.. I am reporting this downstairs.

More likely they are using spoof caller ID's.

Pennsylvania calling center rings in morning more than twice and when CALLED BY ME  the phone  just rings,  ALERT,   IT THE HOLIDAY SEASON ----- ALERT    NOT A REAL COMPANY if call is return within two minutes of initial contact.       BE CARE!!!!!   #CID 570-622-6838!

I get calls from 570-622-6838 once or twice a day.  I tried also to call the number back and recording said number not in service? Pain in the neck.  Whoever is calling is a scammer and/or likes to call and annoy people.

Have called twice today--no message. Time to block them.

No message left but they have called once before and wanted to sell me a scam package to save on my utility bill. That whole business of saving money on your monthly utility billed is BS, unless these so called companies have a big generator, nobody is going to help you with your bill but the power company. Come on people, give that a thought, granted I was suckered into buying their scam until it got to the point of why am I paying these jamoeks another 40 bucks a month and the power company their bill and the bill went up instead of down. The only one's making money here is the utility company and these idiots that say they can save you money on the bill...you my friends are holding the short end of the stick. Call your utility company and they will be so happy to remove them from your utility account...Oh by the way...here's the other little hidden feature these scammers put on you if you sign up is a early contract ending fee of in some cases $150.00 or more, something to think about.

They call multiple times a day & never leave a message. When I answer they ask about my gas bill. I don't even have gas in my house! I use oil. When I ask to be taken off their call list, I'm hung up on. When I call the number back, the number is disconnected. Is there anything that can be done?

Do not call them back. Let them keep calling and never answer your phone. Let them keep wasting their time. I will never pick up my phone and give them the time of day. Trophy Center,  Bogus Electric Co., just trying to get you to pick up your phone so you'll call them back and expose your telephone number. Most people fall for it. They won't stop calling and I won't ever answer their calls. We're at a stand still.

This number is idt energy trying to change your electric supplier..i used to work there.

They claim they have something to do with my ConEdison bill....I don't have ConEdison!
I ask to be taken off the list and they still call.

Gregory D. Hoak, Sr. shows up for this number on Free Reverse Phone Lookup.  (Probably Mr. Hoak doesn't have that number any more, or if he does, maybe the name should be Hoax.

I've been getting calls from this number for the past few weeks, and I generally don't answer unidentified calls, but today I decided to answer just in case it might be about something I ordered on line, and the accent on the caller was so heavy I couldn't understand a word she was saying.  I'm going to just put it on my "block calls" list now.  

With all due appreciation of modern technology, unfortunately, we're living in a spam & scam world now because of it.

Called me home telephone. When I picked up, auto message said to hold the line to have a front page Google listing. I pressed 2 to have my name removed from their list. Man answered and when I said I wanted to be placed on their DNC list he hung up.

I've received a call from this number. The guy who was speaking with me knew my name. He offered me discounts for my Con-Edison bill. I don't have Con-Edison bill.
When I asked him how they found my name, he answered that it is in the company's database.
I asked again how they had found my name while I don't have Con-Ed account, he just hung up
This is blatant spammers

No voicemail and no answer when I called back

daily calls.  upon calling the number back I get "you have dialed a number that is not in service" which sounds like a genuine Verizon msg but hanging on does not disconnect the call as it would with Verizon.  I suspect they have dummied the official sounding recording and hope to stop people at that point.

this phone number called to ask for my account number for my electric bill and gas bill claiming that I needed to verify in order to receive a reduction for my electric and gas bills. I had just filed for a home energy assistance program and so I thought it might be real, but in fact this is a scam call because they even had the name on the account wrong. Upon checking the most recent gas bill, the energy assistance program has already gave us a reduction so that proves this number is completely bogus!

DO NOT give them any information! They are persistent but just keep ignoring their calls.

Annoying dude with heavy indian accent named "John" keeps calling from this number about reducing my electric bill by 10%

Received call on my cell phone. I tried to return call to this number within 1 minute after receiving it & got a recording stating that this number has been disconnected. I don't know anybody in upper Pennsylvania at this area code.

Answered my cell phone from this number got no answer so i hung up. I have no idea who this woman is.
