Received a phone call today at 3:36pm on 4-18-2012 called them back and got the same message that its disconnected or number has changed

i just another call from the number. It is a guy about an online survey that you have probabaly taken. I took one for a free steelers jersey. So its probabaly just a telemarketer.

i got a call from him this morning. Im a guy and have no idea who the number was and i called back and it said the number is incorrect. So I want to know who it is.

I have been getting the same calls.  The first time they called I got a voicemail with a very faint male voice and some heavy breathing and then I received a second voicemail which sounded like someone had left their phone in their pocket and they had accidentally butt dialed me.  They have been calling for the last two days and I have no idea what to do either.

I have been getting calls every 5 mins from this number today.... When the guy did talk i was told i "won" $150 in gift cards.... But they dont always talk... Sometimes i just hear a guy breathing before i finally hang up and other times they hang up as soon as i answer... Im calling my service provider right now to see if i can block it!

They never leave messages. I guess they think because you owe them money you don't work...

Keep getting a call from this number but no messages left.  When I call it back says number has been changed or disconnected.

i have been recieving calls on my cell almost 1 every hour for the last 6 hours-anyone know how to stop these?

For the past 2 days, I have been getting phone calls from this number.  They called at around the same time both days.  Yesterday when they called, my voicemail kicked on and I received a message of a person (which sounded like it was a male) breathing into the phone and when the breathing stopped then I heard classical music (like a piano or a cell phone ring tone) playing in the background.  When I called the phone number back, I received a message stating that my call could not be completed as dialed, so I tried the number from my cell phone and received the message that the number I was calling had been changed, disconnected or was no longer in service.  Today, the same number called my home at 1:50 p.m. but did not leave a message.  I tried to call the phone number back again today from both my cell phone and home phone and received the same messages that the number couldn't be completed as dialed/had been changed, disconnected or was no longer in service. I did a reverse look up on www.anywho.com and through intellius.com and it revealed that the phone number was a landline phone registered to someone in Honesdale, but I could not get the owner's information without providing my credit card information and paying for a report.

It's most likely a guy (a stalker) you met in a bar/club or mall- probably some loser I just gave my number to him to make him go away!!! He could be located anywhere between Scranton or Honesdale or really anywhere he chose to set up his phone number in the 570 area- WHICH IS HUGE!! The number seems vaguely familiar and he did the same thing to me (breathing heavily- CREEPY!!!!!) . The reason you cannot call him back is because he either is on prepaid, you call only call before or after a certain time ( such as after 9 for free minutes), or he blocked you SPECIFICALLY and set up his carrier to play that message anytime YOU call that number, but if you did it from another phone # you might be able to get thru. OR he blocks all calls, or calls that have a blocked caller ID.
Those are the possibilities and combinations that occur to me just off the top of my head.
YOU could always block his number, but me, I like a little mystery in my life and I'll call his bluff. Tell him after he breathes he's either a piece of garbage or you'd like to meet--- or something to get him to talk or stop.

I continue to get calls from this number at all hours of the day and the same thing happens to me.  I call back and get that the phone has been disconnected or cannot be completed as dialed.  I'm getting pretty irritated by it.

I did a reverse search on the phone number through anywho.com/intellius and the search revealed that the phone number is a landline phone from Honesdale, PA.  That was all the information I could get without purchasing a report.

Call and no one talks - call the number its not a working number????
