I answered this call.  
He Claimed to be from 'Yellow Pages' or 'Yellow Book' (dont recall which one) and wanted to update his files for the business phone directory.

The business he was inquiring about a business which at one point had my
phone number but no longer does.  He was no longer interested when I told
him it was a residential phone number.

Has called numerous times and left no messages.
