Your company is illegally calling people on the 'Do not call' list. Get it Sherlock?

Stop trying to be detectives. These calls are all legit your caller IDs are stupid. VoIP is all done by computers which are located all over the country these are call centers that are hired out to get your local legitimate contractors work. The call centers call representing these contractors they are not actually the company who cleans your chimney. The contractors that use these services love them as they produce great results. But all tou hear are the crazy stories because crazy people like yourself like to think your smart and you have a jump on them with your caller if or google search. Just pick up the phone and ask who they are they will be happy to tell you. If you are not interested tell them and they will take you off your list. They don't want to waste resources by calling you. If you do not answer they will keep calling until you do trust me that's how the computers work. Then you have the hating contractors who don't use these services and spend their life trying to prove that anybody who cold calls you is a criminal that is insane? There are some bad apples in any bunch but people don't go on these sights to make rave reviews they go on to complain. So all you see poisons your already small afraid lemming brains. 90% of all houses have chimneys how do you think your home heating system vents, how do you think you get hot water and if you don't have one it's mass marketing get over it nothing dicieptful about it dummy's. Just so you all know I am in the business but this is not my business being discussed direct. I have used a marketing service in the past with great results but now I have more work then I know what to do with and guess what I have conducted myself honestly the whole time I was not scamming people when I was calling them and then had a change of heart and became a angel because I don't use the service anymore same ethics the whole time so get over it people pick up your phones and give these people a honest answer and you will get honest results. Oh don't give me that do not call bullsh-t these people are setting appointments for people to come do a service for you they are not collecting any money so the list does not apply. That law was made to protect old people who are not that sharp anymore and stupid people like yourselves from scam artists trying to take their credit cards over the phone. Not to keep honest businesses from calling you during your dinner time get over it people and have the balls to pick up your phones and make a decision, stop hiding behind your computers cowards.

So this guy with a good new York accent called me to inform me it was time to have my chimney/fireplace cleaned. I don't have a fireplace, he said they were from Bristol, which in Rhode Island is the next Town over. I asked the name of the Company,, EME Home Services, which I did not recognize.
After doing the reverse check, I learn they are in PA.
Why would I want a company from PA cleaning anything of mine in RI

Received a call from this # 570-903-8649 yesterday claiming to be furnace/chimney cleaners, thought it was someone my husband may have been in touch with I took some information and ask for there name again and # that I would call him right back he said some long name which I can't remember but I do remember the short name was EME Home Service main office is in Scranton PA. and they have branched out and now have a branch in Kennetsquare PA and his name was Thomas the phone # he gave me was 855-597-5750 I did call him back at this #, not until today did I realize that it was not the same # that showed up on my caller ID nor did I realize until now that it did not come up as a business it came up as a cell phone #. So BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My answering machine recorded all kinds of noises and banging, it went on for about 45 seconds, no message, very strange.

Received a call from this number - we were not home to answer the phone and they left no message.  I do not see why these people would not leave messages.  If they truly want your business, wouldn't it be in their best interest to let people know who they are and why they are calling?  Being that they are not courteous enough to leave a message, I wouldn't hire them even if I was in need of their service.  Also...why would they not have their identification clearly listed instead of just "wireless"......suspicious?

got call, said chimney cleaners, asked what time home owner was aval. We are in a condo, no chimney. caller ID said wireless caller

Got a call from this guy claiming to be a chimney service and wanted to come clean our chimney. Don't even have one. Strange!!!
