This number calls me once a week and he says his name is Chris but he speaks Indian accent. Also he says the company name is Quality Resources and calling from Sterling VA for web development.
Each time i tell him i do not want anything and he calls again next week.

The person is cold-calling you in an attempt to solicit business for their web development services probably out of the USA.

I would like to know myself.   This person called me last week.  A weirdo.

Any idea to whom this number belong?
