Called again, months after my first post above. This time wanted to talk with the business owner about an "important matter" regarding my google placement. Shockingly, he was rejected again and the number now blocked

"Andrew" with a tremendously thick indian accent was calling to convince me that my (non-existent) webpage needed to be optimized and would be guaranteed top placement in google search listings.  He went on-and-on, asking me what I knew about search optimization and how he would set up a blog and other enhancements for the page.

Asked him how that would be done, then placed him on hold while he started his explanation.
