keep calling around 8:00 am everyday

Call me too.  Around the same time.  Who is it?

Calls my cell phone every day.  Brand new phone.  Obviously a collection agaency calling the wrong number.  Guess what?  They can keep calling forever - I'll never answer!  HAHA!

I got a call from them today. I never pick up numbers that are not in my address book so I don't know who they are.

Got a text message from this number "Hey Val how'd you like to get together for a drink sometime?" My number was on the do not call list a year ago so I couldn't receive solicitation calls. To me that fact they are using my nickname & asking me out is pretty harassing.

I got numerous calls from this number after telling them to stop. This is the notorious Van Ru Collection Agency, who has been sued in federal court and lost numerous times. They switch phone banks periodically.

Since I told them not to call, and they did so anyhow, I notified (Anthony) that the next call would be reported to the police. If you don't believe I will, the test it Van Ru. This relates to fraud perpetrated in a student loan situation over 20 years ago. I've paid $50 and have told numerous collection agencies to take it to court. Hey, caveat venditor...

They are identity theifs...don't give anyone information over the phone...particularly your SS#...my accountant says...give it to no one.

THIS GUY KEEPS CALLING AND WONT LEAVE MESSAGE. HE SPOUTS OUT MY SOCIAL TO ME AND SAYS I HAVE TO SPEAK WITH HIM BUT HE CANT TELL ME WHAT IS IS ABOUT UNTIL I FURNISH HIM WITH PERSONAL INFO. I EXPLAINED TO THIS JERK THAT I AM A PHYSICIAN AND HE SAYS TO ME.. GIVE ME THE INFO IM ASKING FOR SO YOU CAN HEAR WHAT I WANT THEN YOU CAN GO PLAY YOUR VERSION OF E.R. WHAT A J*** OFF!!!!!!!    THE COMPANY SAYS ITS NAME IS CBA,BUT WHEN I CALLED BACK TO COMPLAIN /ARGUE THEY LEFT ME ON HOLD AND NOONE EVER GAVE ME THE CHANCE TO GIVE THEM AN EAR FULL.

I have been getting about 2/day from the 704-970-1937 and 571-431-1840 telephone numbers.  It's a collection agency - even though they say it takes care of "personal" business. Told them to take my phone off the list. Who knows if they will comply. They are looking for Melody Meadows.
