This number and 571-431-1980 must be the same group. Yesterday the two numbers called 16 times, they let the voice mail pick up but never leave more than a sound and hang up. Looks like spammer are in full force on the phones even when you are on the No Call List.

The numbers called 10 times a day, is a person localization service for collection agency. Looks like spammer are in full control of the phones even when you are on the No Call List.

Someone from this number is calling my house 5-10 times again again.  This just started back up today.  It stopped for a while after my last complaint.  I want them to stop calling permantly...

This number and another one real similiar call constantly.  They start up real hard right at 8:00 am and will call 6-8 times before lunch.  Then they hold off a little and start up again at night til 9:00pm.  This is ridiculous because no message is ever left and hang ups if answered.

THEY CALLED 2 TIMES TONIGHT IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. MY HUSBAND CALLED THEM BACK & THEY SAID THEY WERE LOOKING FOR ?? (& GAVE A FICTIOUS NAME).WHEN HE ORIGINALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE THEY ASKED FOR ?? & THEN PUT HIM ON HOLD FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES.HE GOT IRRITATED, HUNG UP, AND THEN CALLED THEM - AND THEY DENIED EVEN CALLING HERE. HE SAID SOMEONE CALLED FROM THIS NUMBER & THEY ACTUALLY DEFENDED THEMSELVES AND SAID THERE MUST BE A "LINE CROSSED" SOMEWHERE.AFTER ALL THAT,HE JUST HUNG UP.  NO 2 MIN. LATER, THEY ACTUALLY CALLED AGAIN - EVEN AFTER MY HUSBAND HUNG UP - THIS TIME...WE DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE.

I have received numerous calls from this number and I do not know who it is, they never leave a message, and they call anywhere from 10-15 times a day...

They are calling me all the time, who cares.  I have my phone on silent.  They will never get me, because I never know that the phone is ringing.  Anyone of importance calls my cell phone.  I'm not missing a thing.

Never pick up this number. They always hang up and never leave a message.If someone is knocking on my door and won't identify themselves I'm not going to open the door. Period!

Called on husband's cell phone twice in one day.  If this is a collection agency, we have nothing delinquent and none of our credit cards have our cell numbers.  We do not answer the call - just ignore it.

I started receiving calls from 571-431-1965 on my cell phone.  If I don't answer it (which I don't if I don't recognize the number AND because it is an unfamiliar area code) there is no message.  They call hourly.  I just got another and attempted to answer it.  There was no one there and apparently the phone number does not allow incoming calls.  How do you get to talk to a person or stop the calls?

These people keep calling at all hours of the day and ask if I can hold and wait for a representative.  I have tried to call back and ask them to stop calling, but no one answers.  I have left a message with them to stop calling.

These people called my parents from 877-213-1152 and asked for me by my first and last name. When I called them back they told me the only record at my parents' phone number was for a Monica with our same last name. We don't know any Monica with our last name. There was no account under my name. When I asked how he could have called my parents' house and asked for me by name without having me as an account, he said that he must have confused the first name of another client with this Monica, resulting in a HUGE coincidence where he called my parents' house and asked for me! I pressed for a further explaination and he mumbled something about zip codes. This whole thing seems very fishy.

Received call from 571-431-1965 several times a day for several days. Finally told wife to call it back after reading these posts. I found out that it was a collection agency. Lady on the phone was very nice and figured out that this was taken care of last week and she said she would remove our telephone number. They never get on phone when they call you (you just sit and wait for hours) and will pick up right away if you call them!! Peace!

When they call Pick up the Phone and wait for them to say the first words, and then keep repeating what they say. Don't let them get the best of you just play the game if you have time or just unplug the phone, and check your messages every couple of hours. If it were not for being blamed for commiting Global warming I would suggest going back to Smoke signals. Who Wha wha Wha.

This number comes up on the caller ID 10-15 times a day and when it goes to my voicemail then it is an automatic system that half cuts off the phone number so then I have to go retreive the message and detele it from the voicemail.  It is such a pain in the a**.  They think they are being clever because sometimes it comes up at Encore Resource Management Inc. and other times it comes up at ERMI which is the same company.  They never say anything when you do answer the phone.  I wish they would stop.  I know what they are trying to collect and if I had the money I would pay it, but as the saying goes you can't get blood from a turnip or I can't pull the money out of my a**......  STOP CALLING

No messages, just calls, at all hours on all days. Number does not accept calls.

This company keeps calling me and asking for some Kelly???  They keep waking up my kids.  Call all day long and I mean they call all day long.  Very unprofessional they hang up on you when you tell them to quit.  I have told them for days we do not know Kelly and they still keep calling.  They are a pain in the butt.

I get about 10 calls every morning starting at 8 am  they never leave a message, But are very annoying.  thanks for all the info.

Encore has been calling me from 866-843-5013 on a daily basis, looking for a Jessica, whom I do not know and could not have had my phone number in the past five years.
Every time we asked a CSR to make the correction, they hung up on us.
I called and asked for a supervisor. Spoke with Travis, who hung up on me as well. Called him again and told him there was no Jessica and this was harassment if he continued. He said he'd remove my number then hung up. Called him back and asked him what my number was. He didn't know.
I gave him my number and he promised me he'd make the correction.
Calls stopped for a couple of days then returned.
Right now, I'm trying to waste as much time of theirs as I can, but I'm at wit's end.
I've e-mailed the FTC and the NYS Attorney General about this. I've called them, waited for an answer, put them on hold and let the phone sit. They call back and hang up on me.

Called today with a new number 1-571-431-1980

Repeated calls to my cell phone. It comes up as Virginia. Its always a recording telling me to hold for the next available representative.  What gives?!!

This #  1-571-431-1965 has called me from 7am to 11:30pm at night and the nubers of calls is more than 87 times listed on caller ID from 10-1-07 to 10-23-07 i pick up and theres no one there no voice mail left.

Repeat calls = all hours! Hang ups!
