Has been calling 3 -10 times a day for the past 10 days, called the number and it is and automated call tree (don't press any numbers as this records your number as a live number).

Was finally home and answered the call - called stated he was calling from "Aetna" and needed to verify my information for bulling purposes, when I asked him to give me the information on record he said he was not allowed and needs me to give him the information.  THIS IS A SCAM TRYING TO GET YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION - HANG UP AND REPORT THE NUMBER TO THE FTC.

For the last 2 Months I have recieved a Phone Call from : 571-441-0062 (No Talking), 4 to 5 times per day. Who is this person and what he/she wants from me. One has to inform Police Dept. about this.

I have gotten 25 calls from this number in the past week alone, i am sick of it, put my number on the do not call register we will see what happens

This number has been calling almost every hour for the last two days.  I didn't answer at first cause it stated telemarketer, but I finally did and told the woman to remove my number, she said "but you haven't even listenedt to what I have to say."  I said remove my number.  They called back again and I told them the same thing and then they kept calling and again today starting at 8:00 this morning and again at 8:37, 9:05, 10:38 and 12:39, it's now 1:29.  I will call them as stated by someone else and hope the calls cease.  I am on the do not call list.

These people are a pest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Pressing 1 to be removed from the list does no good.  There should be a law to prevent  this kind of action.  I don't appreciate them using up my minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have asked these people several times to quit calling me. They are calling for my daughter and she has told them several times to take me off their contact list. They said that they did but after a few weeks I get calls again. I think it is from Sallie Mae. I would hate to have to change my number just because these people won't quit calling me. These are my minutes that they are wasting.

Call daily so finally answered.  No one on the line.  Today, they called three time, one every other hour.  Caller ID shows "Appointment".  I signed up for DNC a month ago.  This obviously is exempted because it is registered as "appointment".  The effectiveness of DNC is questionable.

I received a call as well and asked that my phone number be removed within 72 hours.  HOWEVER, in 5 hours of doing so, they called me 3 times....So I guess I can get unlimited calls from them until the 72 hour period has passed.  In other words, I've been FAST TRACKED to receive repeated calls within a 72 hour period.

answered... no one on the line. revived several phone calls in the passed hour or so. signed up for the DNC list.... we'll see if it helps. if not, ima throw my phone down the toilet! haha

Constantly re-registering with the DNC list is counterproductive since it causes you to be off the list for 30 days or more.  Registration is permanent now according to the FTC DNC website FAQ.  Scammers and scofflaws do not care about the DNC law so most any call you get from a telemarketer is likely shady at best. Also remember that certain calls such as those on behalf of charities, political organizations, genuine market surveys and from businesses you have had a relationship with anytime in the past 18 months are exempt until you tell them not to call you anymore.

I've put my number on their Do Not Call list multiple times- they called me at 10 this morning, 6 times yesterday, and have called me 3-10 times every day for the last week.

Called SEVEN times in THREE hours.  Not a singe message left.

D-bags blow up my phone like it's an emergency and yet it's not important enough to leave a message?  WTF?!

Well I called the stupid number back and pressed 1 to be on the do not call list. We shall see what happens.

Getting 2 calls a day. Asked to enter my number to stop the calls but I don't trust it!

Got a call from a guy with a (very) heavy Indian accent.  Could barely understand him.  Said his name was Dale and he was calling from "National Health Insurance".  He stated that I had filled out an on-line survey about health insurance and that I had requested a call for more information.  I said BS, I am NOT in the market for health insurance and would NEVER have filled on on-line survey, and hung up.

This # tried faxing us all day. We have a business to run

They have been calling me since December...spoke with some one twice..both times told them to stop calling my number....that I am on the do not call list....she asked me then how are we suppose to call you?  I told her you don't!  Stop calling or I will contact my lawyer...they have called my number every day since...they will not stop!

These people KEEP calling even after you have asked to be put on the Do Not Call List.  I am already on the Do Not Call List, I have submitted my number FOUR times through their number and they KEEP CALLING!  They called me twice today!  I am wondering if ANYONE has the name of this company so I can send them a letter in the mail.

The caller of this telemarketer is exactly as you stated. I also called them back they said enter your number to be removed from their database within 72 hours.

EXACTLY the same here, and I have been on both Fed and State DO NOT CALL LISTS for MANY YEARS continuously.
