The company called asking if I was an agent interested in home buyers in Charles County, MD. I asked what areas in Charles County? This was my was of screening the caller! I was then asked to hold for a supervisor to explain the information to me. Once the supervisor began talking I knew it was a sales call. He slipped pricing information into the conversation as if it wasn't a fee for the service, he also mention MRIS. I asked what's the cost, to inform him I am aware of the nature of the call. He then said "I don't know if you are confused", I just said the cost is $299 a month". Of course I ended the conversation with, not interested. The caller hung up immediately before I could complete the words " not interested".

Got a call from this company and it is supposedly  about real estate leads. A female called and then transferred me to a male who changed his name 3 times in the conversation. They charge real estate agents monthly with no guarantee of leads.
Anyway, sounds pretty fishy to me.

Phoned me at 1:23 AM, no message.

Im in TX, called me at 11:12am. did not leave a msg.

I set my phone up to automatically send calls from this number to voicemail. They never leave a message. Their Contact Name on my phone is 'Trash'.

scam.... I signed up without investigating and aftsr they got me for almost 300 bucks I went yo alexa and found out my website gets more visitors than these scammers!!

They Lied and said they were a homebuyer and got me name from MLS.

This company is ridiculous!! They have called the main number over 10 times this morning, and I have had 15 individual complaints from employees of them calling direct lines as well. Watch out! They are selling leads, no matter what they say, this is what they are trying to do!

they recently call several times a day and hang up when I say "real estate, may I help you"!

These f****rs have been calling me for almost a year. I keep telling them I am not interested, I am not a realtor , they try to sell alll kinds of real estate b***s***
THEY refuse to remove me from the list
I spoke to a guy that refused to give his name, he told me he cant put a note on hundreds of telemarketers desks to not call my number,( even though other times I asked they said they would remove me from the list.

The guy I spoke to last, realy was a total a** hole when I explained I am sick of his calls, and they call wake me up, call hang up on my cell phone
THEY told me becasue I am a Realtor ( which I told him I am not) he does not have to honor the national do not call list
I told him over and over IM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST, he laughed and told me he would personaly call me again and HUNG UP on me

ANYONE that really wants to make themselves clear that you do not want any more calls, maybe YELPING the s*** out of them may make a DENT in their business practices
AND also file complaints at donot call registry , he said he can call anytime he likess and dared me to prove him wrong

This is a lead selling company that preys on Real Estate agents.

Telemarketer - wants to sell from Buyer Home Site.  I'm an assistant to a real estate broker.  No thank you.

Looking to sell lead from BuyerHomeSite.com   - I am real estate agent.  Telemarketing call.

Just received a message and could hardly make it out, so they must be employing very low quality teleworkers.  She said I wnat to know if you want a buyer in (my local County).

they sell leads for real estate agents and mortgage lenders.

they act like they arent a lead provider but something else.....  in the end.... they sell leads.

They're trying to sell "leads" to mortgage brokers and real estate agents.

My company policy is to NEVER pay for leads or for "memberships" to receive leads.  Lots of these companies popped up once things got tough and they are selling some real crap wrapped up and called "leads".

I always tell them that if they have a real estate license that I will pay a nice referral fee for all closed transactions.   They NEVER want to take me up on that, so then you KNOW what kind of crap they're offering as "leads" when they would rather give up the opportunity to make $1,500 per CLOSING  for the opportunity to make $30 per lead or $495 per year.  You're getting the S--T end of the stick my friend.

Called looking for a mortgage broker.  They were selling online ads, cold called our real estate firm thinking we were a mortgage brokerage.
