It's a spoofed number, so it's a scam.  Even if your on the Do Not Call List, scammers don't give a rats a**.  Block them, or just don't answer the phone (provided you have called ID)!

I sent a message to http://www.assistance4seniors.com/contact.php in Huntsville, AL.  Perhaps they can get something going because impacts their business.
When they called me this morning I asked for the name of their company and a telephone number and said the number was a calling center and then she hung up.
With the electronic capability the government has they should be able zero in on them an put them out of business.

Unwanted call from this number. No one I know. I do not answer phone if a name does not appear.

just got this call and when I try to call the number back it tell me that that number is not in service. But how can it be not in service when that number just call me.

Got a call from this number yesterday.  ID just showed Virginia.  My Digitone call blocker blocked the call, since I had that area code blocked from previous nuisance calls from the Virginia or DC area.

I still like to check here, out of curiosity, to see who it was.

Just got a call from the same number with name unavailable and same circumstance.  Said since I was Medicare approved, she could send me at no charge a talking meter to test my blood and free test strips.  She then wanted to transfer me to a person with a group called HPAS.  I had her spell it several times because the accent was so bad.  Be aware and do not provide any information.

call is from a company selling supplies for people on medicare for diabetes.  If you have Medicare, supplies are FREE.   do not fall for this scam.  I am reporting them to the do not call list

06-27-2012 @ 2:56 PM, 571-963-3220 called from Alexandria, VA.  Caller ID showed only "NAME NOT FOUND".  When I answered, it was a Robo-call from some damn telemarketing company.  Recording said since qualified for Medicare for Seniors they were offering medical supplies & equipment at discounted prices.  When I tried to talk the "lady" (with heavy accent) just kept talking like I wasn't there.  Realizing it was a robo-call from a telemarketer trying to scam me, I just hung up on them.  We are on the DNC lists but that doesn't make any difference to the scammers! F*** 'em!

Called while I was out today,left no message.

Just received a call from this number, I pushed number 2 to get a real person after I said DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN LAST TIME I AM TELLING YOU ALL they hung up. how do we stop this I can only block so many numbers on my phone

Another caller with ID: Verginia. Of course no msg left. I have a uniden phone system that allows me to block unwanted call numbers. It workd great. I understand that the caller get a nasty buz in their ears when the call is rejected/blocked. I have added 2 to my blocked list just today.

First time for me...did not answer..it rang 3 times ....I have my answer machine turned off because I only get this type of call...says "Name Unavailable"  ....I have Brighthouse....as far as I know you can't block theses calls....we have call block but that's to block your number from appearing when you call someone..*67

Rob, i got the same call. they said they work with medical supplier and said they are calling from H-Pass so then they put me to a guy that said he was from US Health. so now i tell him i have to go to call back later and he said 10:30 am he will call. so now i called my som who works for the police dept.,and someone else will be here to get the call.LOL thats one on the scammers. i am on the do not call list also.

Just got call abut 5 minutes ago.  Same as Bert...phone rang two times and then hung up.  My caller ID said "Name Unavailable" which is not a default with my phone company, so I agree, they intentionally put that there.  Would not have answered this call, but I appreciate the people who do and then post on here what it's all about.  Will block them if they continue.

No Message but Caller ID says Virginia which is where the call originates from. Area cod 571 is a relatively new area overlapping area 705.

Same thing as mentioned above. They use the word "Medicare" so you think it may be real. Then they same something about "if you have diabetes or whatever ...".  A scam, trying to victimize the elderly.
