Received a call on 07-03-2013, at 7:35 PM. I usually don't answer, but I've gotten a couple of in-state, but out of area calls in the past few days, and I was already annoyed. I didn't say anything at first, but once he said, "hello," he went into his spiel about being part of the MO State Highway Patrol, and wanting to send me a packet...blah blah blah. I knew where this was headed, so I just hung up. Hopefully that means they won't call back, but who knows? I get so tired of getting these types of calls.

I have received calls this number for last 2 days. As soon as I answered they hang up on me. I think its a scam or a fishing issue. Report them every time if anybody gets this number called

This guy calls and asks for my wife by name.  I ask who he is and he replies that he's calling to thank her on behalf of the firefighters.  I tell him that no thanks are needed, she does what she does and prefers anonymity.  He didn't like talking to me, said he would call back when he could talk to her.  
I don't normally bother writing on these boards, but I'm tired of these professional solicitors and their aggressive tactics for extorting money for what might be worthy causes, but fouling the telephone lines with their attitudes.

Called, asked for me by name. When told I wasn't available left the message that this was a courtesy call. No business or organization  name just "courtesy call."

Just received a call from this number...could not understand what they said but they hung up right after I answered. Someone with more time on their hands...instead of making calls why not try volunteering? I am sure that someone in your small town of Elsberry MO could use some help. Get a life!

Received a call from this number twice, no one spoke.  Will do further research before proceeding to the next step.

A man left a message from this number on my answering machine. He repeats my maiden name several times in a really creepy voice. He is breathing heavily and he then says we love us some (insert my maiden name) very creepy

Creepy man asking for me by my maiden last name and through his heavy breathing he says he loves him some... He used my maiden name after he said some. This would make more since if you knew my last name but I'm not posting that info on the internet. Has anyone reported this?

EIther man or woman calls, but when we answer, they hang up or don't say anything.  Idiots.

I wouldn't donate in person.  They don't donate to my needs.. They are paid a salary,  they knew what it was when they took the job,  if they don't like anything about their job then they can do what every other American must do and go find another job...Stop begging me for money...

The caller claimed to be from the Highway State Troopers Association at which point I hung up the phne. There have been a lot of scammers lately claiming to be colelcting funds for Troopers Association. Even when speaking with legitamite collectors I am usually harrased to the point where I hang up the phone. I wish not to speak or donate to the Troopers Association unless its done in person

he called my by first name and didn't leave a name--when i called back all i get is a busy signal or a operator breaks in saying the number does not work.

silly, goofy guy pretending to raise money for sheriff's depts. refused to mail anything out. buyer beware.

third time we received a call from this number.  no response when we anwer.

third time this number has called.  no response when we answer the phone.  other sites say the same thing about this number.  one person said someone was laughing when they answered.

I got a call from 573-312-4028.  This is the second call from this number that I have received.  When I answer there is no one there.

Just received a call from this number.  Caller ID showed "Out of Area".  I didn't answer, and caller didn't leave message on voice mail.  Did a reverse look up online and found that number is located in Elsberry, MO, but I didn't want to pay to find out a name.

Just received call from this number. It identified the caller as "Missouri Call". After our voice mail picked up, the caller hung up..

Just got the same call, but no laughter, just hang-up. Tired of these kind of calls. Need a filter to ensure valid caller before ringing my line.

I just got a number from this guy too, who just laughed into the phone.  This number is owned by someone in Elsberry Missouri, and it is a Voice over IP number.  I think that means he uses the internet to make his phone calls?   All the companies want me to pay to find out who it is.  I'm not that interested.  Just FYI
