why do i get calls from this number daily?

Same thing here, just as the earlier poster "lisa" said, I too filled out the report with the government about getting calls daily which I thought it was harrassment as well, but received a "form letter" back stating there was nothing to warrant it a harrassing call... go figure.

Like Lisa, I just let my answering pick it up, they call all different times in the day till early evening to no avail.  I believe this is an automated call.

They call almost everyday.  I used to have my answering machine on, but they never leave a message.  I don't want to call them back for obvious reasons and the Caller ID says "New Mexico" when I looked up the number on the inet, nothing...  I have turned off my answering machine and let it ring, hoping they'll get the message.

I normally get a lot of telemarketers and I find turning off my fax machine, and answering machine these people will call for about a month and then move on, but it sucks because a whole new batch of telemarketers start up again.

It doesn't matter if you tell them verbally that you're on the DNC list or if you ask them to not call or you'll report them, they do it anyway.

I once had a telemarketer that called my cell phone daily, I even filled out the report with a government and they sent me back a letter and they said it didn't warrant them to consider this harrassment, so they basically cannot do anything.
