b.)Ignore the call.

Blowing a whistle, or anything else that stops these f****rs from having to spend 10 minutes on you will never ever get you off their scam list. Plus it's just fun to play along, just be the 'ideal' customer they want to scam, old, and  senile, and you will have no problem keeping them on the line with your 'memory amnesia'. I have kept some people on so long, and they get SO pissed at me, by far the best payback ever.

Keeps calling me every few days... it's getting really annoying.

I'm also on the Do Not Call Registry.  Obviously, it "Do Not" always work!  I've found that if I don't answer, the calls lessen over time.  If someone's calling me from a number I don't recognize, I don't answer...ever!  If it's important and truly for me, they'll leave a voicemail.  If not, it's not important.

I receive consistent calls from this number. No one answers.

We get calls on three cell phones and the land-line two to three times per week on each line. Sometimes nothing on the line, sometimes a recording playing halfway through and sometimes get hung up on immediately. Pisses the hell out of my wife and I!

I have gotten a call from this number two days in a row now and I am on the Do Not Call List.  I guess they don't care.

Two calls on consecutive days from this number. Had a feeling it was a telemarketer as it had called my cellphone. Just answered and as quickly hung up - hopefully the auto-dialer will interpret this as a bad line.

This time it was no reply when I answered so I hung up & when I dialed the number back it said I had reached a non-working number. Ha! I've gotten tons of these calls all from different numbers. Sometimes there is an automated message saying Cardmember services. And sometimes there is only silence on the other end.  I am certain it is the same "company" that only refer to themselves as "card member services.  

It is really irritating, but nothing to do about it. I just try to ignore. HOWEVER..if by some miracle I ever found exactly where any of these calls really came from...6min alone with them in a locked room is all I would need.

If you want to have fun with them just change the message on your voice mail to say "The number you have reached has been changed.  The new number is ### - ###- #### and put in the number of someone like maybe the Public Service Commission, the police department,  your favorite representative or just someone else you want to annoy. Be sure and tell them to make a note of the new number.

These pieces of s*** call me constantly from different states. A do not call loophole. If I ever meet anyone from this company I'm going to f*** them up

Credit card rate reduction scam.

Called and left no message. When I returned call, nothing! These calls need to stop. Why would anyone call me from AZ.  I don't want but my one credit card and that's it! I'm tired of mail offers, scams, scammer calls, the entire nine yards.  There's no excuse any human being has to deal with the stress.
Obama's out spending money running fuel charges on AF One and Two, vacationing, golfing, and he should be stopping these JA's from AZ and all over the country. Shame on the Obama Administration for allowing it to continue. Stay in the Oval Office Obama and get some work done!  PLEASE!

people when you have caller id and you don't recognize the number DON'T answer the phone.  If it is important the people will leave a message and you can call them right back.   DON'T try to reason with these people the will just keep calling and calling you. Don't complain that you're on the Do Not Call List, these people randomly dial numbers from a computer!   For you home phone number get a PRO Call Blocker Model 801 Version 1.0  I ordered it from Amazon and you can block up to 1500 phone numbers.  The Best investment I ever made.  Extremely easy to hook up and use.

I have not been receiving as many of these scam calls because I am not answering any calls from outside known area codes.

The IRS can't go after these companies because they are
not registered US businesses.  They are legally registered in
places like the Cayman Islands or The Bahamas.
The scumbags on the other end of the autodialers are
here in the US.  But the numbers that show up on your phone
are spoofed.  They're generated from massive lists of numbers
that are purchased from companies like Sprint and Verizon.  
They are not the numbers they're calling from.  The area
codes have nothing to do with anything.  The actual calls come
in from out of the US which is why again the IRS has zero jurisdiction
in the matter.  The call centers that house the asshats
wearing the headsets are here but those companies
are either operating under the radar or are already paying taxes
on income that is legitimate in the eyes of the IRS.
Nothing will be done about this problem.  The best suggestion is
just don't answer calls from numbers you don't recognize.

The Calls  from  come every week and have been coming for over two years.  I'm on the no call list. Card Services the recording says. it is exhausting

I am tired of receiving call from this company, "Credit card Services" I deal with sals reps all over the conutry so I need to answer all incoming call's. I reply "YES" so I can have them remove me from their call list but they just hang up on me. WHAT CAN I DO???

this is now the second time that I have received a phone call from this number. When I answer no one says anything and it hangs up on me. I tried to call back and it tells me I am calling a non working number. Not sure who this is or why they are calling but on my caller ID it says that it is a number from Arizona. This is really pissing me the f*** off!
