Called, left no message.  Have had several calls from this number even though I'm on the DNC list.  What's the purpose for the DNC list if the telemarketers ignore the law?!?!?!

My caller ID said: "Name not found" from # (575) 505-6862.
I answered the call. "Bryan" started reading his speech about home security & asked if I was the home owner (when I said no) and he hung up on me.
Whoever this company is - Honeywell Security stated from other complaints - either needs to:
1. Screen the 'personalities' of those they hire.
2. Screen their phone calls for rude employee's.
3. Pay better, so employees can pretend they like their jobs.
In the mean time, I have a Rottweiler's guarding my 'home security' & will pass along the news that Honeywell Security isn't the company they want.

I just had the same thing happen.  I hate when people hang up on me! Said they were with Honeywell Security, when I said not interested he hung up on me.

Man using the name of Bryan wanted to know if I was the home owner because he was with Honeywell home security. I replied am the home owner and am not interested. Before I could state I am on the no call listed he hung up on me.

Nice sounding person but told me he was from a security system (GE I believe).

Received a call individual said he is with GE security systems.  I told him I already have a security system and he said how old is it?  I told him none of your business and hung up.  The phone rang again same number and person.  He said "you hung up before I could tell you to F... off.  F... you buddy.  I said aren't you proud and hung up again.  How pleasant!

I just received call for first time today from this #.  Wasn't home, and no message.  I am grateful to all of you above; now I will never pick up the phone when I see this #.  Like you all, I am on the DNC list.  Ha.

Received call. No message left. Caller ID identified as "Unknown Name."

I did not answer the call--it's nice to have caller ID.  If you don't recognize the number and they don't leave a message, you did the right thing by ignoring the call.

I asked who they requested to speak with .  They said drop the attitude and hung up.......Do not want these people calling my home ever!

Received a call from the number and I am on the Do Not Call Registry.

If they use a PBX system, they can make the call look like its coming from any number they choose. So, more than one company (legit or not) might happen to be "using" this number. Try calling it back; I'll bet you get the "your call cannot be completed as dialed" message. They pick numbers that are not in service, so you can't call them back. If you report it, nothing happens because the number isn't in service.

If this is "GE Home Security" or whatever "security" company they claim to be this week, they have called us over 50 times since we acquired this (unlisted) phone number 6 months ago, which is on the DNCR. Today's was a hang-up. Call came through at 12:49pm as "Name Unavailable". We also have anonymous-call-rejection, to no avail.

Oh by the way -- being on the Federally Registered "Do Not Call List" is not enough.  If the caller is a debt collector (doesn't matter who they are chasing -- the magic words to say are, "you have no business with this number and I am on the Federally Registered "Do Not Call List."

These people calling -- and some of them are calling from Prison-run call centers -- are working for bottom trawler enterprises!

When I attempted to call back this number I received a message:  "you have dialed an invalid phone number

Identified self as "Honeywell Security." CID reads "Name Not Found." Advised him I am on DNC list and to take me off his and then hung up. This appears to be a cell phone number out of New Mexico. I was immediately suspicious because voice was not professional and rather sleepy sounding so did quick reverse look up, but won't pay for the privilege of finding out exactly who it is, if even possible.. Will try to advise Honeywell of apparently fraud.

I received a call from 575-505-6862 stating he represented Honeywell Security Systems.  I asked the guy if he screens his calls through the Texas and National No Call List and he informed me that he does not have to because he is not trying to sell me anything.

He then went on to try to set up an appointment to have someone come out and show me the Honeywell Security System.  I then told him that he is indeed trying to sell me something and hence is violating the no call list.

The then said ?F??K YOU? and hung up.  Keep in mind, this individual is representing a major home security provider.

We should never do business with individuals like this or the companies they represent.  Nor will I do business with any company that violates the law.  You need to have your telemarketers screen their call list against the no call lists.

This number called me as well and hung up after I answered. From what I read, it does not look like this person dialed the wrong number.

Hung up when answered.  Tried to call number and recording that not a working number.......

575-505-6862 (Name unavailable) called me twice and hung up when I answered "Hello, this is Cindy".  I am also on do not call list.  Frustrating.

Left a four-second message saying, "Don't be a bi***."

Identified herself as a representative of Honeywell Security & Communications <http://www.security.honeywell.com/hsc/> and said the company is running a promotion in the Tucson area.

just called me and asked me for my father, i said he was unavailable, they said thats quite an answering service, then said merry xmas from what sounded like ge something, i hung up before they finished

I'm on the national do not call list, and a real live man called today 12/21/11 representing Honeywell Security Systems.  When I said I was on the do not call list, he laughed and hung up on me.

recieved same call and they also said they are GE Home Security, they said the are afiliated with Honey Well Security systems (eagle)
