This scummy dirt bag has too much time on his hands and needs to get a job.  He is not working for or representing a non-profit organization, only his own profit and needs to be stopped.  It looks like the state of Oklahoma communications suppliers would be monitoring these low life bums and catch them.  This f**-get is not a productive member of society and should be dealt with in a very harsh way.

Got a call from this number a couple of days ago. It was a telemarketer asking for donations to support the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. They had called once before from a different number, and called again the day after, even though I've told them repeatedly that I'm not interested and not to call again.  Apparently, non-profit companies don't have to follow the 'Do Not Call List' rules that everyone else does.

did a reverse look up; it id "unknown" but is in Enid, OK.  I did get a human (not computer) asking for my wife.  When I told them she was not in they hung up quickly before I could ask what they wanted.
