Total scammers who are going around trying to collect on bogus civil debts while pretending to,  or implying that , they are members of law enforcement.

Anyone who has been threatened by these people should make a complaint to their local police department that they have been the victims of an attempted extortion.

Yeah, I asked for more information like what county they were representing and they told me Walker county, GA...a place I have NEVER lived!! Then when I asked why the charges weren't filed in either the county where I lived or the county that the original debt was made in they told me they weren't going to go back and forth with me...total scam. Then I asked for a case number and they told me there was none, only a docket number...docket numbers only exist for court proceedings in a particular county for the judge to see you, so I told her this and she hung up on me.

Told me to call Stateside Mediation based in Rochester, New York and they told me my only option was to give a debit card number to avoid arrest...really?

Oh ... do you mean to say national process servers is sharing a telephone with stateside mediations?
If so, is it a pay phone in a telephone booth ... and are they comfortable snuggling up in there, or can they not afford more than a shared Skype phone?

I could not find a company named "national process servers", but I came close ... here is something from the Better Business Bureau:

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

Washington, D.C.
December 07, 2010  FBI National Press Office
(202) 324-3691

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

Did they take care of  your lack of intelligence---or your writing skills---??  If not, the company is a fraud.  Actually YOU are very helpful in showing us that UNNAMED company is a scam.

Did they pay you much for that advertisement for stateside mediations?

I do not need my crystal ball to see this:
* A website with the seal of the United States plastered all over it, as if there were some connection to the government.
* A website with lots of glitz, but advertising an office with only a box number and no real address.
* A single-page website, that is heavy on graphics, but not much else.
* A picture of a fancy, expensive building ... instead of the tabletop that is really the "office" of that company.
* A site that uses the email server "lawyer.com", which is known for hosting ... um ... marginal accounts.
* A site that was registered at godaddy.con, by "domains by proxy", so we could not determine the real people behind this part of the scam.
* Best of all, a site that was created on 18 April, 2014, so its reputation is anything but long-lived

You are a shill.
You are trying to post a preemptive/proactive statement, but still a lie, about some imaginary company.

Perhaps we will leave your trash on 800notes, so others can learn of your underhanded activities.
