When they call you tell them that you know they're frauds. When they deny it, you say "Good! Then now you know that you have 5 business days to mail (NOT e-mail or fax.) me a legitimate notice of validation."
The scum-bag will refuse or will start with the usual Bluster & BS....thereby proving that he's nothing but a desperate, two-bit fraud.
Research and know your rights under the FDCPA. It's easy. Just Google it.
Live Well.

It's a scam! Look up ripoff.com, they claim to be an Attorneys office by the name of Melissa. They will call your employer telling them you will be taken out in handcuffs and arrested

Melissa called my employer and told them I was being arrested for fraud, told my employer I would be taken out in handcuffs and they they needed her info etc.. I looked this up on line and it's a payday loan scam, harassment etc these calls are to be reported to the Attorney General's Office in New York
