Yes, a soft spoken young girl called but I ended the conversation immediately. What does she do? She calls again the next day and then at midnight since I refused to talk to her. Nice, huh? Have no idea who she is other than she mentioned some subject about finance. Otherwise, I paid no attention and told her I was busy.

I answered the first time they called.  They give motivational seminars.  Offered a free session but from what I learned online, it sounds like they use that time to try to bait you to into coming to a paid session.  I didn't attend so can't say for sure.
