Yes I have it's usually a bill u've not paid, they are serious however i'd prob call an attourney just to be on the safe side. I have had papers once before for a debt 2004 in 2010 go figure what i don't under stand is they did this crap in dec and nov never heard back untill recentally since it's tax season

I got the same call as girlie did - they rattled off an old address and said they would see me on Monday. Gotta love scammers....

Did Gary Marshall ever show up between 3-5pm? I got the same call and I can not even get a company name. This something that came out of left field.

i have not received a call from this number. but someone from our local area had called me by the name of gary marshall and said to call this number with such case# and ask for pat wilson. the guy gary said that he will be on my doorstep today between 3-5pm to serve me some legal documents and i need to be home to accept it with proper identification. i contacted a friend of mine who works for a law firm and she said anyone can serve you with legal documents but no such company will call you ahead of time to inform you that you will be served. the person called me had a "unknown" caller id and did not leave any call back number nor company name.
how can we stop all these scammers???? its everywhere. not matter how many times you changed for number you still get calls.
