The same call left strange message with 2 words and hung up. Man sounds as if he were drunk.
So, I expect him to bother me for a few days. Nothing you can do! Just do not pick up your phone or silence it.No brakes in those people.

This is complete harassment and I would like this to stop. 1-585-278-1877 constantly calling and this calling needs to stop.

Constant calling. At least once an hour about lowering your electric bill or getting some kind of assistance.  Never had it, don't need it.  Ask to be removed and they just keep on calling.  Filed a complaint with the donotcall list as well as FCC.

pls stop calling my cellphone. this number calls multiple times up to 8pm.

I received their call to my cell phone every hour. Two days ago, I asked them to remove my phone number from their calling list, but they are still calling.  I just made a complaint to National Do Not Call Center.

I get a call from this one every other hour and nobody is on the call. Its very Disturbing.

I keep getting these calls at least 6 times a day for the past week. I have answered and yelled into the phone, I have told them it is harrassment and that I will be contacting the police. Not sure what else to do.

Have been relentlessly calling since a couple of days. No voice mail left when not answered. Today I was called 4 times in a couple of minutes. Kept calling as soon as I rejected the call. Very annoying. Just added to my call block list.

This number keeps calling my cell phone.... we blocked the number and now its showing 10 missed calls just from today alone....very annoying

This number is calling me relentlessly.  Does not leave voicemail.  Not sure how to block them from future calls.

They called me 9 times since 9 am and its only 2 pm. I told them the first time I dont pay electric now thier just ball busters.

Extremely annoying 4 calls within 6 hours or so! When you call back, they actually offer you '1' as unsubscribe option. But if you did choose 1. They call you more often. WTF!

i received an automated voice message from this number telling me i could save money on my electricity bill. i received the same call yesterday from a blocked number.

Got a call at 5:57 pm from this number, didn't answer, no message. I assume it's more of the same...

really? less than 2 hours... i got the call about 3 min ago. no message left. adding them to my GV block list
