This is a non-professional LLC, so the names of the LLC's officers are not of record.  Or at least can't be viewed on-line.   No statement as to what, exactly this LLC is supposed to do.  Apparently anything lawful.

My suspicion is that this is nothing more than a kitchen-table debt scamming business located in a run-down area of a run-down section of a small town in New York.   Apparently New York attracts these kind of businesses.  This is supposed to be located in Niagara County.

No one can do this for you.. Please see Elspeth's post above. Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Call blocker is your best bet.

I keep getting this man calling and telling me that if I don,t call back their will be actions against me. I am on Disabililty. and they can,t touch me no way and no how. So please tell them to leave me alone asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

Called to inform me that they were filing a civil claim against me in the next 20 days on behalf of Cashnet USA for $2237.15. I gave them the negotiation number for Destination Debt who has handled my payday loan negotiations. When I asked for their physical address they hung up.

This very rude person called threatening legal action. HE refused to listen to anything I had to say when I told him he had the wrong number. He became very insulting. He refused to leave his name or the company that he is working for.

Caller left threat of legal matter and a file number but never said who they were or who they were looking to speak with.

 Has been calling and leaving no messages. Today, they left a message. Claiming to be a Law Firm and threatening (? Nor name), to hand the case to the District Attorney's office. We live approx 3100 miles away.

 Some kind of bill collector....
