Similar thing: $22 bill for a 16 minute call from MCI Nov 27, 2012. I actually dropped my land line (from which the call likely originated) right around Thanksgiving and am not certain if it was before or after. Will call them soon to dispute (800# on the invoice).

I just got a bill from MCI for a call to this number and it states 51 minutes for a call that should be local and the charge is $72 what a scam.  Its not even from my phone company. Who do we call about this?

I also just received the same charges as the complaint above, a call i did not make. must be a scam of some sort, got it fixed from my phone provider. Got the impression that they did not care that it was a scam

My home phone bill shows a 10 minute call to this number on 9/24/2012.  I'm not sure if we actually dialed it or not but the charge is odd because it should be a local call for me, and it shows as being handled by MCI rather than my LD company.  I disputed it.
