I got a similar call today

I just got a call also.  Called back and asked him the name of the company "FC Mediation Firm"  I told him I couldn't find an FC Mediation Firm and he was not pleasant.  I asked what this was about he couldn't find the number that I called from and I didn't tell him my last name, he got more angry with me.  I said I don't have any NSF, no accounts.  He said it could be from as far back as 2009.  And they are in New York.  Whatever.  These people are relentless be careful. I won't be taking any calls from 858-300-4164.  And I'm going to report it.

I keep getting calls and voicemails from this number. They were searching for a Naomi and when I told him you have the wrong number (which he did) he said "okay, if you say so" and proceded to tell me to go f*** myself. It seems regardless of the ext number you press it's the same guy. Def a scam.,,, don't give any personal information to this guy

I just got two phone calls has well.do you know if it is a fraud? did they call your land line or your cell phone?

I have been getting calls each day with a guy leaving the same messages as stated in other posts. That fraud had been committed using my social security number and that I had a limited amount of time to return a call to him. I may have to report this to the sherriff's office. This just does not feel right. I'm in CA and this call is coming from NY?? I check my records regularly, and nothing has been reported on a court case, a background check, or credit check.

This caller wouldn't tell me why he was calling except  to say that fraud had been committed using my social security number and or my name!!!! These things are no where near true. I'm glad I found someone who was dealing with the same thing. Thanks

Anderson Mason from First Choice Mediation trying to settle a debt, called my husband (not on any shared credit account) and explained all the details which is illegal to tell a third party.

I have recieved two different calls from this # 585-300-4164 voice messages saying I had 72 hours to volunteer on my own to call back this # that I was being accused of Social Security fraud..... They idenified themselves as Mediation Services.....I blocked this #....

Received a call from this number.  When I answered it was a recording from someone named Jonathan that said " I am calling concerning an NSF on your account.  Press 1 to be connected to a representative."  Since I do not write checks and only use my debit card connected to my checking account, I did not press 1.  I called the number back and the message says "First Choice Mediation Services".

Automated message, suspicious "mediation service", no personal info provided.  Sounds like phishing.
