This is a complete scam.  These people got names and information from a payday loan organization and are using threats of arrest and legal action to get people to pay them money.  In other words they are trying to STEAL from you.  I have proof in writing that the one payday loan I took out has been paid off.  I also have written confirmation that the company is not attempting to collect from me.  These idiots can come and get me if they think they can do it legally but they are mistaken.  They threaten to send people to jail... ha!  We don't send people to jail for unpaid debts in this country.

I have been getting calls from them for months and ignore the calls.  They change the numbers they call from all the time but I just block each and every one of them. Sometimes I call back and tell them to send me something in writing - they don't because they don't have a legitimate claim.  Tell them you will have your lawyer contact them and they hang up.

If you get a call form these people report to your state attorney general and on www.ic3.gov.  I have been dealing with these crackpots since Feburary - always call form different numbers - with americanized names making ridiculous threats.  Be prepared - if they have informaiotn about where you work they will call your work - I let my supoervisor know what was going on.  Good luck everybody - hopefully they will be caught andkicked off the planet!

i received a call about 5 days ago telling me that i owed a payday loan and that i was going to be arrested tomorrow. i told them to fix this matter out of court and their investigation department give me payment option they told me to pay $970.27 to resolve this case now itself but one of my friend told me this is scam dont pay the any thing i didnt payed them and i got arrested from my work place sheriff officer came to my work and then they inform my supervisor about this case and they took me to court i lose my case and i payed $5495.37 into court to resolve this case if i would have payed this amount to the law firm they would have fixed this matter out of the court. as of now i lose my job bcoz of my fuc***** friend.

i received a call about 45 min ago telling me that i owed a payday loan and that i was going to be arrested tomorrow. i had contacted the local FBI and they got all the information and are on top of it as they told me it was a scam. I called them back and gave them a piece of my mind. after that he told me they would be here in an hour at my house. I hate these people who does not want to work but take an honest mans dollar.

I just got a call from this number asking for the name and number of my lawyer becasue Iw as being named in a case that is being dowloaded at 11 am tomorrow. He was foreign and I could barely understand him.  He hung up when I started to give him my lawyers number and after I told him that I was recording the call.

Just got another message from them. Stated if i or my attorney did not call them that he would see me in court tomorrow. Funny I never received anything from the courts saying I had to appear

There is a scam from this number 585-331-8305, & even i thought and listened to these comments but the Sherif's really arrived at my place the next morning and than i called this law firm & thanks to Ron Adams who helped me discuss the issue with the cops & resolve this case...
today i am living with freedom that is just because of him.....
So dont misunderstand the real law firm or real call with the scammers or you would be in trouble....

I have had the same experience with this caller from India threatening to arrest me and they call numerous times a day, they call my sister, and my work, and I'm really getting sick of their intrusion into my life.

I have been receiving these calls one time it was for a credit card that I verified was a zero bal. And this last time it was a payday loan that was deposited to a chase account with the routing number 002 something. Thats not a correct routing for chase and when I told him that he hung up on me. I also searched all my statements online for 2009 cause thats when they said it was deposited and I have nothing. These fools try real hard but I told them they call me again I will have my own lawsuit. LOL He hung up again. So I called him back again and asked for him to fax the documents so I can review them. He hung up again. I am going to stalk these fools like they did me.

Its all scam people. Just block the number if you have that feature in your phone, or just call your phone company and have them block it. Enough said.

This is a total scam.  If you have ever taken out a payday loan or even inquired about one, these scammers have your information.  Do not engage them.  Ask them for thei address and number, it will most likely get them to hang up.  File a complaint with your local attorney general.  Do not, under any circumstances, give them any money!

Got a call a few minutes ago stating that I would be served papers by 11:00 tommorrow for a payday loan. They said I would be served papers by 11:00 tomorrow by Indy sheriffs. I told them my attorney would be calling them and when he did they hung up on them twice.

These people call me telling me that I owe them money and that I need a lawyer and will go to jail if I do not pay them.  I know that I do not owe them any money so their calls are unwanted, inappropriate and very intrusive.  They constantly call me and harass me daily and I am sick of it. Please help me get rid of these people.  They use the names James Miller and Alex Parker.  They even went as far as to give me a fake bar number.
