Got a call twice with recorded message left on my machine, a woman's voice, "You're gonna die".

I'm from Penfield.  Got this call from Albion area with no message left.

tell them to f*** off.  Politely being asked to remove a number means removing the number... rat b*****ds ought to get there a***s kicked after continuing to call and call and call... they continue calling to get lower credit interest blah blah blah
