Got a call from this lady too.  She said my husband had a payday loan...we have never had a payday loan.  I was not real pleasant with her.  She called from an unknown name and number, left this number.  I asked her to send me the notice, she said she will.  We will see.  I straight up told her it was a scam!

This is a scam.  Period.  I work for the court system.  A complaint of any kind has to be "served" upon you by certified mail or personal service.  Nothing is done over the phone.  Don't answer these numbers and if you do, do not be scared and do not give them any info

SCAM by all means. I got a call today from Adriana Pryor and she said that she got a notice on her desk for collections of a $1500 payday loan taken out back in 2013 when i lived in Florida. I told her that thats funny as I never lived or been to Florida. She then tried to say that she has all legal documents with my signature. I asked for a copy of them to hand to my lawyer and she got all pissed saying that they can not do that. I then told her fine that I will see her in court then. She then hung up after saying that she will see me in court then. Called my lawyer and he did some looking into and the number is a land line/ home phone number in Rochester, NY. The telephone company is FRONTIER TELEPHONE OF ROCHESTER INC. My lawyer called them up and verified that it is a home number.

I have been receiving calls from this number for the last 5 months from a couple of different people and somehow they obtained my work number and started calling me on that as well. These people really need to get a life because I will never give you any of my personal information over the phone and if I truly owe money then come for me in court. I am going to report them to the BBB for harrassment because they are crossing the line by calling my employer.

i have been getting calls from the number 5853516126 its been a while since i have heard from them i told them this is a scam and the lady got angry with me then hung up not even a minute later her so called boss called and started getting mad i ask him what was this for he said that i got a cash advance loan in 2011 and i dont remember it.his number he called from is 8146311515.he something about a broker i didnt understand that part but he is going to call back on monday and you know what im not going to answer the phone.

we just got a call from the same person and she is not getting my info.they tried this a several months ago I made the mistake by giving them my bank card number then I went and got new bank cards and since they could not get any money from me they were mad but this is the first I have heard from them in a while when will they figure it out they are not getting anything . this is a scam thanks

Hey Badpxy.  I got same message from same Lady!  What a joke!  Got called from this number saying i had 4 hours to contact her or a complaint would be filed with my County! HAHA>...same message different phone number for almost a year now...and i am still here waiting for the complaint to be served! You would think that these people would give up after a while knowing that they are getting nowhere with me and I am not falling for their SCAM!!!! Please stop calling me! You will not get any money from me. And people who read this, do not give these SCUM BAGS any information, it is a SCAM! Thank you.

Lady named Adriana Pryor calls doesnt state who she is calling for or what company she represents  states her office receievd a claim and there are no  statements in my favor on it. I have 4 hours to respond before she forwards it to her boss as a direct refusal to cooperate...  Really??? Legit companies work like this.. Plus calls from 585-351-6126 But leaves  585-698-1833 to call back,,,,
