This same person has also called me and told me he is representing someone that i have taken a payday loan out for so i set up payments on a prepaid card. But after another company tried to scam me im not sure this is real. I have tried to get ahold of the actual payday company (National Payday) to find out who they have turned my account over to but i am not getting a response. Im not sure what to do

This person Richard Sacco keeps calls me constantly. He has also called my neighbors,
place of employment and friends (how he got their numbers I don't know) giving them
this phone number and a so called docket #. I have no lawsuits filed against me. I have no
idea who this person is or what he is talking about!
